This beautifully renovated, spacious flat is in a quiet neighborhood one block north of Golden Gate Park, making your leisure activities very accessible.

It features a new elevator. There is a fully equipped, new, spacious chef's kitchen with granite countertops.

There is a comfortable living room with a wood burning fireplace and a 32' flat screen TV. The spacious living room also has a desk, a computer with DSL and a printer. (Wi-Fi is available, as well.) The living room opens to a spacious dining room that seats six. (There are folding chairs available in case of a spontaneous dinner party.)

There are 2.5 new marble bathrooms. This apartment is a generous 1550 square feet [172 square meters]

Both of the bedrooms have en-suite marble bathrooms, new queen-sized beds, generous closets and lots of storage space. One of the bedrooms has French doors with a balcony over-looking a lovely garden.

This is an ideal choice for families. There are two twin sized aero-beds and a porta-crib [with washable cover] for the little ones, as well as a queen-sized sofa bed in the living room. It is also perfect for two couples - no need to share a bathroom.

The flat is great for corporate short-stays and executive relocation, as well. It is also great for visiting scholars going to UCSF or USF, with easy public transportation access. (5 blocks from the Google shuttle.) There are hardwood floors and radiant heating (in the floor) throughout making the temperature always comfortable.

The vacationer or the business traveler will find this property ideal. Golden Gate Park is one block away with the new, acclaimed California Academy of Sciences and the DeYoung Museum. There is easy access north to the Golden Gate Bridge and south to Highway 280. There are two public golf courses nearby.

This flat was lovingly and tastefully renovated. We want our guests to be able to enjoy all the thought and care we put into it. We are close by to share our love and knowledge of the city.

This place is fantastic and Juliette is a wonderful host. The house is big and clean and well laid out with comfortable furniture. It feels like a real home (in a good way) e.g. the kitchen has everything you could want, way beyond the basics. The neighborhood is great too, the place is quiet and you’re right by the park. Would love to stay there again.

Wonderful home located next to Golden Gate Park, remodeled and well maintained.

Two couples shared this home 4 nights during Super Bowl weekend and had the most wonderful experience. Owner has detailed many favorite restaurants, bus and parking information for guests. Access to Golden Gate Park about 1 block away was perfect for morning and afternoon walks when we wanted to take a break from the city.

Lovely Outer Richmond Flat

Host Juliette is a delightful person and we enjoyed getting to know her during our stay. She is an excellent communicator with a rapid response rate. The flat is spacious, great layout with ample storage and clean. The inner/outer Richmond has great restaurants and the flat is one block to GG Park with quick access to GG Bridge & Marin County. Terrific location, spacious home, easy access to Golden Gate Park

This was a wonderful experience. We walked almost daily to every corner of Golden Gate Park, or to the Presidio, and to Lands End. We found a Boudins Bakery on Geary and walked to Safeway just nine blocks away. The house is beautiful and classic. Highly recommend this property.

Perfect host, comfortable home for long stays

Juliette is the perfect host. This space is so thoughtfully appointed to be comfortable for long stays. The kitchen as well equipped as our home. Beautiful house by the Park for Thanksgiving!

We had a lovey family Thanksgiving . Our adult children and their friends all traveled for the occasion.We cooked on Thanksgiving in the professionally equipped kitchen. The home has plenty of natural light and is wonderfully cozy with heated floors. This home is so close to museums, park trails, and events. Our Three Month Stay

We stayed in this flat for 3 months and had a wonderful time. Juliette was an extremely responsive and gracious host. The rooms were spacious and the kitchen was fantastic, a cook's dream kitchen. There was a small enclosed backyard, quite peaceful when the sun came out. The flat was situated in a quiet neighborhood, only a few blocks from Golden Gate Park and bus stops. There were many nearby Geary and Clement Street restaurants all within walking distance. Parking was tricky, but we could always find something no more than a block away. All in all it was great experience staying in this flat. - CH

Lovely Stay in the City by the Bay

We recently stayed at Juliette's property for a month and it was the best apartment we've ever rented (and we travel quite a bit). Inside, there was just about every convenience that one could expect. The location was a block from the wonderful Golden Gate Park and walking distance close to several restaurants and shops. The Safeway was about 0.6 miles away. Public transportation was also close at hand and we used it frequently. The area was quiet, despite being within the geographic confines of the City and close to Park Presidio Boulevard, a major thoroughfare. Finally, Juliette was wonderful as a host, providing helpful information throughout and easy to communicate with. We would highly recommend this property!

Just What we Needed

If we could stay here longer, we would! My wife underwent a double mastectomy in September. We needed a quiet place for her to recover that was also close to her doctors. We were lucky to find such a wonderful place and host. The apartment is perfect. It’s a 2-bed, 2.5 bath with plenty of light and a fabulous kitchen and dining room. The bedroom set-up was very convenient - each one has an attached bath. This worked out well as we had family come stay with us to help with my wife’s recovery and they had their own little space while they were here. The bedroom we used as the primary has a small balcony which overlooks the backyard - we enjoyed being able to step out each morning to start the day! And, on nice days, it was convenient to be able to head into the backyard and sit in the sunshine. The living room is so inviting - it has a fireplace and plenty of places to sit. My wife spent a lot of time on the couch reading while I worked at the small desk in the living room that I turned into my workspace. The apartment even has a printer in case you need it. In the past, we’ve been skeptical when hosts say their kitchen is “well-stocked.” In this case, it’s true. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need - an upgraded range and oven, a toaster oven, coffee machine, kettle, and all kinds of cooking utensils and flatware. I was surprised to find a cast iron skillet, a food processor, and even a rice-maker! I felt like I was in my own kitchen and being able to cook (something I love to do) helped bring a sense of normalcy to our lives. The house has speedy internet and DirecTv (TVs in the living room and bedrooms), so whether you like traditional or streaming entertainment, you’re set. The last thing I’ll mention about the property is its great location. You are a couple of blocks from Golden Gate Park (SF’s version of Central Park or Hyde Park) and close to Irving and Geary Streets, both of which have a lot of restaurants. Juliette, who hosts the property, is one of the most thoughtful and caring people we’ve met. She (and her friendly dog Molly) was very accommodating and helpful during our stay. On our first day, she came down to show us how to get into the apartment (keypad) and we connected right away. We ended up chatting with her for about ½ an hour! When the in-unit washer broke, she kindly offered to let us use her washer in the interim. This was really helpful because we were doing laundry daily as part of my wife’s recovery

Wonderful Experience

We were in this rental for 40 nights and it is exactly as described and even better. Juliette was a wonderful host, she has thought of everything you could want or need while staying away from home. Juliette was easy to communicate with and available if we needed anything. The property is very well maintained and is nicely and comfortably furnished. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was large and extremely well equipped. The location is fantastic! My husband worked in Sausalito during our stay and it was a short beautiful drive over the Golden Gate to and from his work. We found the neighborhood to be very safe and easily walkable to parks, restaurants, etc. We will definitely be back.!!

Home Away From Home

This is a very comfortable, clean house thoughtfully furnished with most anything needed for a longer stay. We enjoy long walks and the location, one block from Golden Gate Park and one mile from the Presidio is excellent.

Great condo near Golden Gate Park

Spacious, well-appointed condo steps from the park was perfect for our four-week stay. Two ensuite bedrooms, walk-in closets, and a powder room easily accomodated two couples or a family group. The property was updated with a full-sized kitchen, fully equiped with any gadget or appliance needed, as well as W/D. We enjoyed cool mornings and evenings by the beautifully tiled fireplace. This condo embodies the charming historical architecture for which SF is famous, with custom moldings and details in combination with every modern need! Our hostess was gracious and helpful in intoducing us to her beautiful city. Highly recommended!

This place is a GEM!

I never expected this property to be as great as it was! Two en suite bedrooms with plenty of closet space and cable tv in each, big kitchen with all the necessities and conveniences, including washer & dryer, big livingroom and diningroom,, convenient parking, fabulous quiet & safe location near Golden Gate Park, the Presidio, the Golden Gate Bridge, beaches, golf, public transportation, and very accessible to the downtown areas & piers. The flat was very well maintained, and Juliet (wonderful host) & Molly (her very sweet dog) were always available for questions, information , or just a pleasant visit and conversation. Please don't hesitate to confirm your reservation on this one, as the secret will ultimately get out and you may regret any delay.

Great, comfortable home in an amazing location

We stayed with Juliette for 2.5 months in 2017/2018 and loved it. The location is incredible, especially if you have kids—it's less than a block to Golden Gate Park, a few blocks to the Presidio and an easy walk to the beach. We didn't know much about the area before we stayed there and imagine it's not on many tourists' radars, but we'd absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting SF in the future. There's great coffee within a couple of blocks and some really great food in the neighborhood, too. The home itself it super comfortable—we found it very spacious for three adults and a newborn baby. Having 2.5 bathrooms was fab. Other highlights included the master bedroom wardrobe and bathroom, and a very large and well-equipped kitchen. Juliette is lovely and a wonderful host; on a couple of occasions our appliances stopped working and she had them fixed straight away. One very minor nit: the entrance to the garage is very narrow, so we had some trouble driving in and out before we became used to it. Thanks Juliette for a wonderful staycation in SF!

A wonderful spacious flat in a great location

My wife and I rented this flat for visiting family following the birth of our son. We liked it so much we ended up staying there too, even though our apartment was twelve blocks away. It felt like home, and we were sad to leave.

Wonderful, spacious, and clean apartment in the perfect location.

My parents stayed at Juliette's apartment for the month. They were very comfortable there. Juliette was incredibly helpful in getting them set up and was communicative throughout the month--checking in to make sure everything was okay. The rooms were very comfortable with en suite bathrooms in each. The kitchen, dining room, and living room were very big and clean, which provided a great place for them to eat and hang out. Juliette was a great host and we felt very welcome in the apartment. She met us there when my parents arrived and was very easy to get in touch with if we had any questions or needed anything. I would highly recommend Juliette's apartment as a great place to stay in San Francisco. The Richmond location is perfect (steps from the park) and the apartment itself is lovely.

Excellent location near Golden Gate Park

Had a meetup with the parents in San Francisco, and this apartment was a great home base. We walked to the park for the DeYoung and the Japanese Garden. Buses and Uber were convenient. If using the bus to come from SFO via BART, consider the 28 from Daly City because that is the start of the line, and you should have no problem getting a seat on the bus. Also, we used the Caviar app to have food delivered. (Delfina's Pizza was amazing!) Our trip coincided with the World Series, and we were ever so grateful for the DVR. Molly is such a great dog! The only negative is that it would have been nice to know the garbage schedule. It was frustrating to lug the trash downstairs, only to find that the garbage then had to be hauled back upstairs and outside! (Also since cleaning eggs, etc off of stainless is such a pain, I have to say that a dish brush would be a great idea for the kitchen.) Thanks again, Juliette!

A wonderful home away from home in San Francisco

My husband and I wanted to host friends from England, with whom we shared a lovely week in Somerset, and were very pleased that we chose Juliette's flat in the Golden Gate Park area. It is beautiful and the furnishings are of high quality. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook breakfast, lunch or dinner (we did some of each). Both bedrooms are very comfortable with the master bedroom especially roomy (great closet space). The only problem we encountered was parking, because the spaces on 15th are usually taken and are very small due to the many driveways. We were able to park on 14th and that worked all right, except that the morning when they do street cleaning we were 8 minutes late in moving the car and received a $71 ticket. All in all we had a lovely stay, and we enjoyed many of the City's attractions despite some unexpected showers. Having Golden Gate Park so close by is a real bonus. We recommend this VRBO location highly.
