Very very comfortable and clean place to stay! Had everything and more we could think we would need. Aram thought of everything (even the things we sometimes forget while traveling) beautiful views and great location, will definitely be back!

My family & I had an awesome week in San Francisco at Adam’s place. The location is great, just steps away from Bernal Heights Park, where we were lucky enough to see a family of baby owls and crazy views of the city.
The main road is 5 mins away and was filled with really cute shops & restaurants.
The whole place is designed perfectly to feel like a private oasis in the city.

Stayed one night
Aram was an exceptional host, going above and beyond to accommodate our early check-in. His home is absolutely breathtaking, offering stunning panoramic views of the ocean and mountains. The spacious living area and well-equipped kitchen provide everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Every corner of the house, including the serene backyard deck, is a true delight—offering privacy, lush greenery, and a thoughtful design that reflects Aram’s keen attention to detail. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would wholeheartedly recommend Aram’s place to any of my friends visiting the area.

I had an amazing stay at Aram’s place! He was incredibly friendly and accommodating, even allowing me to check in a couple of hours early, which was much appreciated. The home was exactly as described and looked just like the photos—plus, the views were absolutely stunning. Check-in and check-out were seamless, making the whole experience even better. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great getaway!
