This 1,100 sq. ft. condo offers the perfect retreat for your mountain getaway! Fully furnished and equipped with modern amenities, you'll find plenty of space to relax with two bedrooms with balconies + a Den with bunk beds. The wrap-around balcony allows you to savor the pretty sights & sounds of the Blue River just 50 yards away. With a Weber grill, Henckel cutlery, insta pot, blender, and more, (see photos) you'll have everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. Silverthorne's Town Center is only .8 miles away, so you can easily explore the area. Families, couples, and outdoor enthusiasts alike will appreciate the condo's ideal location, just minutes away from ski resorts like Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper Mountain, Loveland, Arapahoe Basin, and Cooper, and 32 miles to Vail and 43 miles to Ski Cooper. There are also plenty of activities nearby such as hiking, fishing, and admiring the colorful autumn leaves. The condo includes thoughtful extras such as additional beds, two humidifiers, three portable fans, a ceiling fan, a gas fireplace, AC in the Family Room, a washer-dryer, two free parking spots, and enough bedding for nine people. [Note: There is an additional charge for each additional guest over the total of six.] 1.3 miles from RT. 70, Exit 205. Beautiful Condo on Blue River

We would definitely stay here again. The condo was beautiful, with three decks on the river and ALL of the amenities listed plus great communication from our host.

Fantastic!

Perfect condo and location for 4 college buddies (in our 60s) plus my adult son. Comfortable, Clean, Well Appointed condo with easy access to Summit County slopes, Rentals, and Food. 2 Parking spaces helped when we needed to head up the mountain separately after some of us got our flight delayed. Great spot for ski season, and really nicely situated for summer visit as well, with the Blue river right outside the windows.

Love the river

We stayed 5 days in July. The only downside was no elevator. The condo was perfect and private. It was near scary thing we did. A/C was not central but seemed like it would work ok. Sitting on the balcony, reading and listening to the river or watching neighbors on the walk was relaxing.

Perfect Ski Getaway!

We stayed for 4 nights in order to ski at Breckenridge, Keystone, and Vail. It is a great central location for this. Communication with Jill the owner was the best I have ever experienced with a short term rental. She replies promptly and sincerely wants you to enjoy your stay. The owners have thought of everything in the condo and have labeled and organized everything for ease of use. The place is super clean and new. I loved the heated garage, it was too small for our suburban but it was perfect for leaving our ski gear in at night. The hot tub was nice to have and we used it every night. All in all, our stay was perfect and the owners were super responsive and great.

I really wanted to leave an excellent review, because everything was great except the surprise of the deposit and the fact that I still have not received it back. Going through all the motions calling the number only to be hung up on after being on hold. It just suck because the place is really nice.

Ryan & I (Jill, the Mom) have loved skiing together for years. While soaking in a hot tub after a hard day of skiing, we often dreamed about owning our own place in the middle of a ski area. Ryan grew up with me here in Florida. Now that Ryan lives in Washington D.C., we often only spend time together when we meet somewhere to go skiing.

Why they chose this property

We discovered this property in 2019. It was only dirt on the ground then. We immediately recognized the potential. Through Covid, supply problems, etc., we finally closed on it in September of 2021. It was tough fighting continuing supply problems while shopping for absolutely everything - all from Florida.
My favorite part of the day is after we've been active all morning, make a trip to the hot tub then we get to sit out on the balcony & let the sound of the Blue River surround us. In the winter, sitting on our cozy furniture while gazing at the gas fireplace does the trick, too.

What makes this property unique

Silverthorne is a booming area. They are developing many aspects of the community, especially around 4th St. & the Blue River Parkway which will be the town center. We are less than a mile from there. I'm amazed at the really good restaurants that have sprung up here. The performing arts center is here. And the best part, in our opinion, is the access to seven ski resorts.
