Always Included, complimentary linens and made beds! NEW FOR 2024: 58" Living Room TV, Bedding in All Bedrooms, Rebuilt Outdoor Shower. Very cheerful! This duplex cottage has a clean beachy feel and is located on a quiet family-friendly cul-de-sac nestled in the Nags Head Golf Course. Neighborhood consists of mostly full-time residents -- we're one of the few rental properties on the block, so you won't have to deal with loud parties or traffic and will feel right at home here. Includes free access to pool facilities and gym (plus sauna) at nearby Nags Head YMCA.

This oasis is in a great location, close to all amenities -- short walking distance to Outer Banks Mall, Food Lion, Outback Restaurant, and Soundside pier for watching beautiful sunsets. Come watch recently released movies and TV shows for free on our flat screen Hi-Def Digital TV via your NETFLIX and HULU accounts. The house was recently wired for high-speed internet and multiple computer Wi-Fi use, so don't forget to bring your laptops.

The neighborhood and location were great, really nice area.The house itself was just okay. Carpet wasn’t the cleanest but good enough to get by. The biggest downside was the master bathroom, there was mold, and water dripping from the vent onto the toilet, which was pretty disappointing. Overall, loved the area but the house could’ve been a lot cleaner and better taken care of

Serenity Not so serene

Property managed by a vacation rental agency that apparently does not value customer concerns. No hair dryer at property but was told by rental agency that all homes do not have hair dryers. Picture of outdoor shower that does not work. Description of property states new living room furniture which was not true. Furniture was old and very uncomfortable. Main master bath tub looked like there was mold. this property needs to be updated. Kitchen brand new so that was a plus. The vacation rental agency should take more of an interest in the properties that they offer to the public.

Hi Kelly. Thanks for the feedback. Hopefully you had a good vacation. We take great pride in our properties and that's why your feedback has been passed along to the property managers. Feedback helps us correct or fix things that we are not aware of, like the outdoor shower not working. Thanks for the heads-up on that. Not many homes have hair dryers, whether they're ours or other rental companies. Hotels/motels generally have hair dryers. We have fixed the description as it was a bit out of date. We hope you make it back to the OBX for another vacation.
