Welcome to A Shore Thing, beach house! The location is fantastic on This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach cottage. Sit on the front deck and watch the sunrise and sunset and relax! DOG FRIENDLY!! I provide toilet paper, paper towels, linens, laundry detergent and dish detergent! I want my home to feel like your home away from home and build memories just as I have with my family.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

We really enjoyed A Shore Thing for a week with our three kids and our dogs in late July. The host was great to communicate with and the check-in process was very simple and easy. The house is fairly basic but very clean and suited our needs just perfectly. It is a very short, two minute walk to the beach. This stretch of beach is not crowded and lovely. We brought our dogs along and it was the perfect distance to walk our little dogs to the beach and back so nice to find a dog friendly beach! The kitchen was perfectly appointed, and we were thrilled to find an icemaker, an air fryer, along with a microwave and Keurig to make meal time easy for our family. Our son remarked at how comfortable the mattress in his room was and the linens and towels were plentiful and comfortable to use. I would highly recommend this house to anyone with children and dogs. The porch is gated, so it contained our kids and dogs just perfectly. I think we sat out there every night and enjoyed the ocean breeze. It made for a very relaxing and lovely week at the beach for us. There was one small maintenance issue with the HVAC unit, however, the owner addressed it right away and it was not a problem.

Hi! My name is Naomi and I'm a realtor! I live on Lake Norman and love being by the water. It calms me and brings me back to my center. I have two kiddos who are my everything. I bought this beach home for them so we can make as many amazing memories as possible, and my hope is one day, it's paid for and they can begin to bring their kids to the beach!

Why they chose this property

I was on the hunt for a beach property! I wanted something cozy and a couple rows back from the ocean. When I found this home, it was a gut job! I'm a realtor though so saw the vision and value in the proximity to the ocean and went for it! I put a lot of love into this home and I hope you enjoy it as much as my girls and I do!

What makes this property unique

I love the proximity to the ocean. It's a 1 minute walk to the beach access so you don't have to have any sand in your car, can come and go from the beach for food and restroom breaks, easily!! I wanted the home to be cozy and comfortable, which I hope you feel when you arrive!
