Beach Access: A short 5-minute walk to the sand and surf.
Family Entertainment: Stroll around the corner to Jolly Roger Amusement Park & Splash Mountain Waterpark.
Parks & Play: Just a 3-minute walk to Robin Drive Park & Playground for the kids.
Local Dining: Walk to favorites like Happy Jack’s, Omega Eats Breakfast Diner, and Dunkin`.
Easy Transit: Near the Boardwalk Tram (27th Street to the Inlet) and local transit stops for exploring all of OCMD.

Our spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home features all-new flat-screen Smart TVs with high-speed WiFi (BYO logins for streaming) and Nest smart locks for secure, keyless entry.
Living Room: Features a Smart TV and two full-size pull-out sleeper sofas.
Dining: A comfortable dining table that seats six.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with an ice maker, microwave, cookware, and dishware. We provide a `jumpstart` supply of dish soap and trash bags.
Bedrooms: 1 King (Master), 1 Queen (Bedroom 2), and a Bunk Room with 2 Full beds. All rooms include closets and organizers.
Linens & Bath: We provide full bed linens (fitted/flat sheets, pillowcases, blankets) and bath towels. A starter kit of toiletries is included (not restockable).

Double Front Porches: My personal favorite spot to enjoy the coastal breeze and morning coffee!
Fenced Backyard: A shared space featuring a patio, solar lights, and a table for four.
Grilling: A standard blue charcoal grill is available. Please bring your own charcoal and utilize the provided cleaning supplies before and after use.

The home is essential located between the bayside and the beach! Talk about best of both worlds. Our home is minutes away from family entertainment, restaurants, and shops.

Our home is unique because it is centrally located in a quiet community that is a short walking distance to the main strip that is full of restaurants and the beach. Our home is spacious and allows guests plenty of space to connect with one another, and to spend peaceful time to themselves.
