Nicely renovated two bedroom oceanside condo in popular midtown Ocean City, Maryland. The open living area features the living room with sleep-sofa, dining area and a well-equipped kitchen. There is a large balcony off of the living area that is a great place to relax and unwind after a long day at the beach. The first bedroom features a queen-sized bed. The second bedroom features a bunk-bed with two fulls. The full-bathroom is centrally located and easily accessible from throughout the condo. This condo has been nicely updated and is in good condition. Building location is steps from the beach and a short walk to the Ocean City Convention Center, restaurants, shopping, amusements, water sports and more. Come make some memories at the beach with Coastal Life Vacations. Linen and towel package included with reservation. Management fee includes Damage Waiver for $1000 in accidental damage coverage. Please note that this is the 2nd floor unit. License #86714

Great location! 1-2 minute walk to the beach, close walk to many great restaurants, otherwise, the bus pick up and drop locations is near by to get to the boardwalk and other shops. Place was updated and was nice to have a deck.

Nice beach and easy walk. Could have been cleaner. Property has no outside water/hose to rinse off after beach which was difficult with sandy kids.

My friend and I really enjoyed staying here. It was a great location that is close to the beach. You aren't far from the boardwalk and there are plenty of restaurants to walk to. The Condo seemed recently remodeled with granite coubtertops and stainless steel appliances. It had a very modern feel to it. Great air conditioning with thermostats in each room. Bring hangers! No hangers in the closets was a little strange. We had a problem with the upstairs teenagers making noise and the property company promptly took care of the issue. We would definitely stay here again.

Sea Brite #2 was fine. Literally NO supplies (including toilet paper), so come prepared. Nice size for four people, but 6 or 8 would have been a stretch. Steps up to the apartment are STEEP and I doubt they are to code, so not great for small kids or elderly. Had to make our own beds with the provided sheets and there were no mattress protectors, so kinda gross knowing there were strange stains right under our sheets. Great access to beach. Not well-supplied if you plan to cook. Unit was clean.

Short visit

The property was nice except for the lack of lighting in living room and hard to navigate television. Sent owner message about both when we first got there but never heard back from them. Also have to say that the fees are getting expensive. I know that’s more of an vrbo issue but making us think twice about continuing with using them.

Check-in and out was super easy! Property looked the same as it did in the pictures. The location was perfect. Close to the beach and close enough for a quick drive to all the fun! We also loved sitting out on the balcony for coffee in the morning. Nice quiet area. We were disappointed with the fact we had to make all the beds. The linens, despite being in a bag and obviously delivered, were not the cleanest. Also, there was no fan in the bathroom which made it hot when showering. The lights in the living room space did not work. Aside from that, we enjoyed our stay. We were out most days enjoying the beach or adventures in OC.
