Newly painted condo with the perfect location! By land we are close to shopping, bars and the trampoline park! By water we are close to several area bars at the 18 mm including Backwater Jacks, Dog Days, Red Head Yacht Club and more. Party cove is just a short boat ride away! The condo is just a few steps to the pool as well AND has ground floor access. This condo has it all when it comes to location! Kitchen is stocked with all your cooking needs. Nice patio overlooking the lake that has an electric grill. Newly installed electric fireplace to set the mood! Flat screen TVs with cable. Wifi as well. The living room as two full sized couches and a love seat. New mattresses in 2023. Keurig and regular coffee maker. Modern washer and dryer. When we arrived at the property, it was very nice. We had pool access, and the view of the lake was fantastic. The condo was very clean, and it had every convenience added, it was a great stay for us. Hope to come back soon.

Christmas at the Lake

Our stay at the property was excellent!! Very clean, roomy and the kitchen was stocked with all the amenities needed for preparing Christmas dinner. The property location is very convenient to shopping and has a great view of the lake!

Great condo in a great location.

We enjoyed this condo on a stay for a conference in Osage Beach. The condo was roomy with plenty of beds and bathrooms! It was clean with a nice balcony looking at the lake. The owners were very open to communication and the condo was easily accessible. We would definitely come back. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home away from home.

We loved everything about this condo and our stay! Perfect location close to dining, shopping, and the lake. Loved the view of the lake and sitting on the balcony watching the boats. Pool was nice, though it was too cold to swim. It was important to my parents to not have stairs, so this was perfect. We plan to return!

Nice place, a little dated

The condo met our (2 couples) needs well with two bedrooms, each with an attached bath. The kitchen was well stocked, although we did not really use it except to make coffee. Our only complaint was the pitiful little bath towels in the bathrooms. Each only had 2, small raggedy towels. On the next to last day, we found a load of much nicer towels in the dryer. It would have been nice if the cleaners had put them in the bathrooms.

The unit was very lovely. It was clean. The one suggestion I would have is that it would be more than one hand towel for each person, also could have used a few extra kitchen towels. The location was great and it was so convenient not having to worry about doing a lot of stairs, in fact we didn't have to do any. I would definitely recommend this and would definitely stay there again if the occasion should arise.

Best of Both Worlds

Beautiful location with exceptional views of Lake of the Ozarks from the back deck, living room and dining/kitchen areas. From the front door, walk out to the well-kept central swimming area and nicely done landscaping with dog areas, which was a must since we had our dog with us. The washer and dryer came in handy as did the fully stocked kitchen. Restaurants and activities are so close. We will stay again if we are in the area. One thing to make note of is the parking lot is extremely sloped, which is a challenge getting in and out of your car.
