Size us perfect for my large family

The property overall is beautiful some of the beds esp the twin size - needs to be changed - rocking and the mattress is very uncomfortable we had to sleep in the couch - it was more comfortable the rest if the house is perfect toilet bowl needs better cleaning

We appreciate your feedback. For 2025 we are giving this house a facelift! Including interior paint, updating some bathroom features, replacing some furniture/mattresses, replacing lighting and ceiling fans and fully restocking the kitchen! We hope to have you back again soon!

Overall our stay was very pleasant. Enjoyed the hot tubs immensely. The place was very spacious. A few issues arose mainly, the kitchen was very disorganized. I suggest that you have utensils and pots and pans put in a more organized fashion in the drawers and cabinets and drawers and cabinets labeled so people are not searching both kitchens for them. Also, some pillows and mattress pads were dirty or stained. Maybe someone fm your office can periodically check the condition of the bed linen. The window facing the ocean was dirty and fireplace mantle very dusty.

Takes it to the limit

This house is massive. The advertisement says it but it’s another thing to walk inside. The third floor area has two massive kitchens and lounging areas. We had 16 adults and 16 kids in this house and never felt cramped. Only thing the house could use is some outside seating for eating and a better use of the grill area. The grills are behind the sink wall so makes it a little complicated to grill and serve. But other than that minor issue, everyone had an amazing week.

This house is huge!

We had an amazing time! I would love to give this house a 5 star rating, but the house could use some updating. Also, the kitchens are so big with so many storage options that it was hard to keep track of where everything was (great problem to have until you are trying to cook). It would have been nice for things to be labeled, but that is just my opinion. Everyone that traveled with us thoroughly enjoyed their accommodations. The view is amazing! The access to the beach was right there. There were a few minor things that we had to call maintenance on and they responded very quickly to take care of the issue. Would I stay here again? ABSOLUTELY!

Magnificent Property - Just Needs to be Better Equipped

There's no doubt that I would rent this beautiful house again. The house was absolutely magnificent, and exactly as advertised. Plenty of living space, large pool, nice hot tubs, really nice private access to the beach, etc. House needs to be better equipped with utensils, cooking items, etc. A couple of items were broken (always happens - nobody's fault). Easily able to contact the property manager, and they came the same day, but weren't able to fix either the oven (broken) or the dishwasher (leaking). Fortunately there were others, but we expected that they'd come back prior to the end of our stay to remedy the situation, and they didn't - nor did we receive any other communication about the status of the repair. Just to be clear - not a huge issue in either case (there are four dishwashers and four ovens), but there's always room for improvement, so hopefully, in this area, they'll improve.
