The apartment is located on the southeast side of the villa "Sonnengarten". A car parking space is located in front of the apartment.

Ostseebad Boltenhagen -Located on the Baltic Sea between the Lübeck and the Bay of Wismar, he has a nearly 300 meters long pier, a 4.5 km long sandy beach and a beautiful cliff. A perfect holiday and destination. The beach coast is followed to the west by a 35 m high cliff. The promenade in the center invites you with its many small shops and cafes invites you to stroll.
