Thoughtfully decorated in upscale Southwestern decor, this well-equipped townhome is the perfect retreat after a long day of adventures in the mountains. During the summer, this is the place to be, just steps from Rendezvous Event Center and some of the best festivals in Colorado. In the winter, you're right on the free shuttle route for a quick ride to the mountain and just steps to a heated outdoor pool & hot tub. Inside the condo, take in the mountain decor and host your group in the open living room, kitchen & dining room.

Trailhead Lodges 723 has an open floor plan so that you can chat and catch up with your group in the living room, dining room & kitchen. It has three bedrooms and will sleep up to eight of your closest friends & family members. Relax and rest easy in the Primary King Suite with an ensuite bathroom, the Queen bedroom, or the bunk room built perfectly for kiddos with a Twin/Full bunk bed and additional Twin Murphy bed.

Sleeping Arrangements: Primary King Suite, Queen bedroom, Twin/Full bunk plus a Twin Murphy bed in bunk room. Sleeps up to eight guests.

Beautiful, cozy, perfect, condo. Plenty of room for all of us- family of 4, an in-law, and a dog. =) We were surprised at how well the kitchen was stocked. If you're looking for a stay in town, this is the perfect location.

Disappointing Stay
Do not rent this place in the summer!!!! Was happy with size of the condo and number of bathrooms - my son and wife in master bedroom, grandsons in bunk room and I had a queen-sized bed in separate room. There was no AC (which we ere warned about)but overhead fan in my room made a terrible racket and couldn't be used. Happy there was an elevator. The condo hasn't been updated in decades. Old carpeting throughout. Musty pillows and overall very dated. If only those were the only problems! We were not warned that we would be blasted by music two nights out of four-night stay (reached over 90 decibels, condo shaking, couldn't open windows for air so got very hot, no one could sleep or even converse, grandkids terrified). Was truly a nightmare stay as we also got bombarded on the off days with hours of equipment testing or practicing. My relatives rented quieter, lovely condos at back of the property. I only wish I had known because I would never have subjected my family to such a horrible experience.
