Charming house in the heart of nature

Here, luxury is in nature! Simple but comfortable house offering a beautiful environment with a sea and mountain view as far as the eye can see upstairs. To enjoy the setting, there is the choice with a large south-facing wooden terrace, a beautiful panoramic terrace with sea view, a shaded terrace for meals and a balcony with sea view in one of the bedrooms. So many atmospheres that will allow all guests to calm down or get together, as desired.PGJyPg
The house is located in the place called Punta di Martinettu, 5-10 minutes walk from Acqua Doria. It has 3 separate bedrooms of good size, 1 TV room, 1 well-equipped kitchen (kitchen piano, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher....) open to the dining room. Direct access to the terrace under a pergola for outdoor dining. 1 toilet upstairs. 1 bathroom with slipper bath, 1 covered outdoor shower.

Wir verbrachten unsere Ferien zu zweit in diesem typischen Haus. Absolute Ruhe ist garantiert. Genossen haben wir die Außendusche (auch innen kann man duschen), den Gasgrill und die Terrassen. Man hat viel Platz.Ein Auto ist ein Muß, was man vor dem Haus parken kann. Im Nachbarort Aqua- Doria in der Bar Xavia "Moules et frites" (wir am Samstag da) eine Empfehlung, ein kulinarisches Highlight und der Geldbeutel freut sich auch!Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war über FeWo und auch über WhatsApp hervorragend.Sehr spannend mit dem Auto an den nächsten Strand zu gelangen, aber mein Skoda Superb Kombi ohne Allrad hat das auch geschafft.Vielen Dank für die schöne Unterkunft.
