It is really a great place to stay while visiting Hot Springs. Short drive to downtown. Plenty of beds, and nicely updated for an older home. Wish there was a dining table, but all in all, we had everything we needed for our short stay.

House was comfortable- master bath is a nice touch. From previous reviews we were prepared for not having dining in one spot that accommodated our family. Very nice to have laundry. Parking space out front is good. Kitchen has plenty of pots and pans for cooking.It was easy to get to Historic Hot Springs and the NP from the home. And easy to navigate to other areas of Hot Springs to get groceries or other supplies. Enjoyed proximity to hiking trailheads as well.

The house was absolutely perfect for our stay…. Perfect for exploring downtown hot springs, the gardens and the national park! We will absolutely be back! We have a family of 4 and there was plenty of room to spread out. Kitchen had all the necessities and having a washing machine was a huge plus with the kiddos!

We stayed 4 nights and it was excellent. Easy to access the house, perfect location in the National Park, close to downtown, and affordable. The house was clean, modern but cozy, beds were comfortable, and the size (rooms and bathrooms) was perfect for our family of 6. Had everything we needed.

After Christmas get away

The house was great! Felt like we were living history in a 1920's bungalow of Hot Springs but modern! Very comfortable beds and plenty of room! Loved the location! Will book again in the future.

Spring Break visit

The location is perfect. Quiet historic neighborhood with a nearby trail connection to the national forest. The house had all we needed and was very comfortable. Although we didn’t walk to bathhouse row, it can be done if willing to walk 15 min. There is plenty of parking in ear bathhouse row.

Quiet neighborhood

Close to Bathhouse Row. Convenient location. Cozy house with super comfortable beds. Nice deck off the back. It also has a gravel driveway so you don’t have to park on the street.

Great house and great location!

The house was great. Very clean and very well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and so close to bathhouse row. The desk space was nice so that I could get some work done while there.

Very clean. Good location to downtown. The owner and contact person were very helpful. The house was ready when we got there. Heat worked well. Appliances were fairly new. Bed was very comfortable.

Clean, comfortable, great location

This house is exactly as described. It was very clean and provided everything I could have wanted. It has a well-stocked kitchen. There are TVs in every room. The beds are very comfortable. Also has a very nice deck and gas grill. We were a very short distance away from the trails of the national park. Owner was responsive and kept in communication with me, making sure there was nothing we needed. I would definitely recommend this rental and would rent this home again if in Hot Springs.
