Not informed of elevator out of order.

Tidewater is a great location to stay in NMB however this condo did not come with access to any amenities such as pool, tennis. Overall cleanliness is good but deep cleaning has not been done of walls, under furniture, blinds etc. A lot of dust everywhere and pink mold on tub surround, tub jets & sink drain. The biggest problem was that the elevator was out of order and according to full time residents had been so for over a week due to a part being ordered. There was plenty of time to notify us before check-in. As senior adults carrying food, supplies, clothing etc for a weeks vacation up and down three flights of stairs was a big deal. We emailed the host on check in day about the elevator without a response. An email was also sent to the host/realty office. He denied receiving an email even when he was forwarded the email, date and time it was sent.
