Riverside is a residential neighborhood located along the Charles River, which includes some of the oldest settled parts of Cambridge. Harvard Square and Central Square, both major commercial and transit centers, lie at either end of the neighborhood. Massachusetts Avenue, which connects the two squares, serves as the neighborhood’s retail. Smaller commercial areas exist along Putnam Avenue, Western Avenue and River Street. The first floor hosts a kitchen, dining nook, and living room. Upstairs, the queen-sized bedroom leads to a full bath, and via a spiral staircase, to the third-floor loft with a trundle bed (full + twin), TV, and desk.
Downstairs, the lower level includes a half bath, a desk area, and additional seating—ideal for work or relaxation. On-site rental parking and coin-operated laundry are available for added convenience.

After your reservation has been confirmed, we will email you a contract for you to review and sign. The contract will just outline the basic house rules.
Parking is available in the private lot right behind the building. The cost of parking is $15/night. Please let us know if you will be needing a parking spot.
Please note , for any stays 28 days and longer an additional cleaning fee of $90 will be charged.
Parking is at a first come first serve basis and has to be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space.
