About this property

Vacation apartment with stunning private pool and breathtaking sea views

This modern and 2016 renovated holiday home is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet residential area in Denia with wonderful sea views. Two large terraces and the beautiful private pool invite you to sunbathe and in the evening a glass of wine to enjoy the sunset.
The completely fenced property houses the owner's villa (who are never on site) and the separate apartment. A staircase leads to the barbecue area with seating, then to the separate breakfast terrace and from there to the apartment. Here you enter the tastefully furnished living room with dining area, open kitchen, satellite TV and WIFI. Everything is on one level, as are the two bedrooms and the spacious bathroom. The car can be parked on the property.
Dogs are not allowed.

Für den Preis mehr erwartet

Aus der Beschreibung konnten wir nicht erkennen, dass es sich eigentlich um eine Kelkerwohnung handelt. Es hat trotz Dauerlüften immer nach Feuchtigkeit/Schimmel in der Wohnung gerochen. Der Herd ist beim Kochen immer wieder ausgegangen. Whirlpoolfunktion im Pool funktionierte nicht. Außenbeleuchtung funktionierte nur teilweise. Gerade an den Treppenabgängen nicht ungefährlich.Ansonsten eine tolle Lage und ein herrlicher Ausblick. Das gesamte Grundstück sah aus, als sei es noch im Winterschlaf. Einen Grill gab es leider auch nicht. Hätte auch nichts gebracht, da die Gasflaschen leer waren. Wir haben das Beste draus gemacht und die Zweisamkeit genossen. Hätten allerdings für diesen Preis etwas mehr erwartet.

Appartement propre, cuisine extérieur très sympa, coin piscine monstrueux. Seul bémol, manque d'équipements et de clim. On a passé de très bonnes vacances et Christine est très sympathique

Tolle Aussicht

Es ist ein sehr schönes Anwesen. Die Laufwege von der Wohnung zu der Terasse, z.B. zum Frühstücken war dann doch etwas unglücklich. Dafür wurde man allerdings mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht belohnt, die alles entschädigt. Die Ausstattung gibt im großen und ganzen alles her, was man zur Verpflegung in einem Urlaub braucht. Es gibt zwar keinen Ofen, aber es ging auch ohne. Tatsächlich war das Fehlen einer Klimaanlage Nachts spürbar. Der eine Ventilator hat leider nicht ausgereicht, wodurch die Nächte anstrengend waren. Die Wohnung hatte eine sehr hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit. Alle Fenster haben einen Insektenschutz und elektronische Jalousien. Die Betreuung war hervorragend und es wurde unverzüglich reagiert. Dieses Objekt würden wir zwar nicht unbedingt nochmal anmieten, aber über FeWo Direkt würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen. Es wurde in den Bildern nichts verschönt und keine falschen Eindrücke erweckt, es war sauber und modern eingerichtet und es war eine freundliche und hervorragende Betreuung. Der Preis war angemessen.

Tolle Aussicht mit coolem Pool.

Wir haben die Lage sehr genossen und auch die Ruhe und Privatsphäre. Die Wohnung ist mit allem was man braucht eingerichtet. Highlight sind die Aussicht und der Pool. Wenn wir ein Anliegen hatten wurde sofort reagiert . Nochmals besten Dank !

Très belle maison

Belle maison avec vue imprenable sur le château de Dénia. Très belle piscine à débordement. Propreté impeccable. Petit souci d'odeurs d'égout après la douche liée à la fosse sceptique mais la propriétaire en a été informée et fera le nécessaire. Le système de spa dans la piscine ne fonctionne pas. La télévision ne capte que les chaînes en allemand. Malgré ces petits désagréments, nous vous recommandons cette location.

Magnifique vue sur Dénia, mer et montagne

Excellentes vacances passées dans cette maison dont le plus indéniable est la superbe vue à plus de 180* qui nous a permis de profiter de la mer, montagne et des couchers de soleil dans un cadre idéal. Dommage néanmoins qu’elle ne soit pas climatisée, les nuits sont parfois un peu trop chaudes. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute si nous sommes de passage dans la région.

Piscina bien/ casa mal.

La piscina muy bien pero nunca llegó a funcionar el spa y la cascada. Vista muy bonitas. La zona de la barbacoa muy bien. La casa tenía varias pegas, limpieza deficiente, no hay microondas ni horno, no tiene aire acondicionado ni ventiladores que para refrescar la casa extremadamente caliente. No tiene antena de tv para los canales españoles. No volveríamos a alquilar demasiados insectos.

Piscine et vue magiques

Rdc/dépendance d'une villa. Vue et piscine incroyables sur les hauteurs de Dénia. Maison plutôt récente et agréable. Seul bémol sur les faibles équipements: pas de four, pas de climatisation ou ventilateur, draps et serviettes en option (bien lire l'annonce en détails)
