THE SPACE
Getaway to your own private retreat in this charming tiny home, nestled in a quiet Franklin neighborhood. Step into a bright, modern space designed for comfort and convenience, perfect for couples, families, or remote workers seeking a unique getaway.

OUTDOOR
Your private, fenced-in yard, complete with a deck and BBQ grill, offers a peaceful oasis for morning coffee or relaxing with the atmospheric string lights at night.

LIVING AREA
Inside, the cozy living area features a loveseat, a 40" Smart TV with Roku Guest Mode, and a selection of books. A dining table for two doubles as a convenient workspace, supported by fast Wi-Fi (660 Mbps), ideal for streaming and video calls.

LOFTS
Two cozy sleeping lofts provide flexible arrangements:
* Loft 1: Features a comfortable Queen-size bed.
* Loft 2: Offers two twin beds.
* Important Safety Note: Head clearance under the lofts is approximately 6’2”. The weight limit is 600 lbs per loft and 300 lbs per ladder.

KITCHENETTE AND DINING
The well-equipped kitchenette includes:
* Mini refrigerator with a small freezer
* Microwave, toaster, and electric kettle
* Keurig coffee maker
* Dishes, utensils, and basic essentials

BATHROOM
The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower. We provide a hair dryer, iron, towels, and basic toiletries. The entire home is kept comfortable year-round with a ductless heating and air conditioning system.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire tiny home and its fully fenced-in private yard. Enjoy a seamless and independent stay with a private entrance through a gated fence and a simple self-check-in process using a secure lockbox.

PARKING
You will have two free parking spaces provided on the property. Please note that the parking area is not suitable for RVs, moving trucks, or trailers.

HOST AVAILABILITY
We prioritize your privacy and offer a seamless self-check-in experience. We are available and responsive via the messaging app, should you need anything during your stay. Our goal is to give you the space and independence to enjoy your retreat.

NO PETS ALLOWED
We love those little (and not-so-little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them.

NO SMOKING
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any evidence of smoking will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

NO PARTIES/EVENTS
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

SAFTY
A fire extinguisher is located under the kitchen sink. We’re in a peaceful neighborhood. Our personal home has Ring cameras, but there are no cameras at the Tiny House—your privacy is important to us.

YARD MAINTENANCE
To keep the yard looking its best, our lawn service visits weekly during the mowing season (typically Tuesday through Thursday), weather permitting. We also have professional pest control services for the exterior only. No service providers will enter the home during your stay.

SANITIZATION
The health and well-being of our guests are paramount. We use a thorough cleaning and sanitization process after each check-out.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Place trash in the black trash bin located by the white shed.
Please leave washed dishes on the drying rack.
Put the thermostat at 72 degrees.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet time is 10 pm to 8 am.
A maximum of 2 vehicles can be parked on-premises. Parking on the road is not allowed.
We have a strict no pet or smoking/vaping policy. Violating either rule will result in a $500 charge.

Lovely stay near Franklin

We had a wonderful stay in the tiny home! It was located very close to I-65, which made it super easy to get around. We felt incredibly safe tucked away in a nice neighborhood. Communication with the host was easy and the check in process was simple. Would definitely recommend!

We did a 2 night stop over in Nashville on our way to Smokey Mountains from STL. Great location easy drive to lots of attractions. Loved the parks we visited and all the food choices that were close. Great for a family of 4

Charming and Comfortable Tiny House

We had a wonderful stay! The tiny house is charming and had enough room for our group of 3 ladies. We loved the design and well planned out layout for such a small space that didn’t seem so small. The beds were very comfortable. The owners communicated everything perfectly. We would definitely book again.

We needed a quiet cozy place to stay when coming in town for a Dr appt. My teen daughter has difficulty sleeping in a hotel so this was perfect. She had her own sleeping space that was so cozy. The neighborhood was quiet and safwere just mi utes

It’s tiny and of course cute

Stay was wonderful and everything was as promised. Had to use the fan to cool the loft and glad there was a fan. Ceilings are low so if you above about 6ft1in I’d punt. I was right on the cusp of hitting my head in bathroom, kitchen and family room at 6’1”. Nice and close to everything in Franklin.

Very nice little place. I do not recommend if you are taller than 5’10”. Short ceilings especially in bed area. Very private area with nice privacy fence and deck area. Great neighborhood.

I am so glad that I decided to try something new by staying in a Tiny House. It was fun, cozy, just enough room for one or two if you like being close. Tiny is not for tall people (ceilings are low). Owners are very attentive and close to shopping. I loved my stay in the Tiny House in Franklin! Thank you so much! 💜

A tucked away, quiet weekend getaway.

Two friends and myself came into town for a weekend in Nashville. This is the perfect distance from the big city, but still close enough to get in for the sights. Hot shower, comfy beds, and an open floor plan make it seem a lot larger in person. The deck is a nice spot to relax and take in the evening, though it was a bit chilly on our stay. You are enclosed in your own fenced in yard, so you don’t feel like you are encroaching on the owners space. You have your own parking, which is plenty for two cars if need be. We made sure to take our trash on our way out as to not inconvenience anyone. Overall 5/5 on the experience.

Tiny Get Away

The tiny house is just as pictured, very clean, and a very convenient location. The neighborhood was quiet and lovely. The owners were great to work with and provided a very useful app for our stay. The only iffy was that my husband and sons are all over 6ft. Their heads hit the ceilings, except for between the ladders, and the shower was tricky for them. It’s not the tiny house’s fault that they’re tall, but it’s good to know. :)
