Clean and Convenient

This location is a clean comfortable place to stay while doing things in the Franklin area. Close to the horse show grounds, and downtown Franklin, it served as a great home base.

The home was beautiful, and comfortable. Perfect for our needs. The property was exactly as described. Its super close to Downtown Franklin and The Factory. Easy Uber ride to Nashville. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved The Factory next door. Easily walkable and several good restaurants and shops. This VRBO was 15 minutes from the wedding we were attending. Felt very safe and beautiful horse farm across from the complex.

It was VERY clean & a great location for us!!My only suggestion….the bath towels could be a little bigger. Other than that it was perfect for us!!!

Perfect Place!

This was the perfect place for a friend & I to have a quick weekend shopping trip. Literally walking distance to the Factory, and a very quick jump over to the downtown shopping area. The rental was very clean, comfy, and we had everything we could have possibly needed. Management was very easy to talk with and quick to respond. We'll be back!

Ideal location for our family time. We were celebrating new grandson in Franklin. We cooked dinner to take to them, but kitchen utensils, etc. were lacking. Several kitchen drawers were stuck and the kitchen sink is sinking. All easy fixes, and we enjoyed our stay!

Fantastic accommodations

The rental was clean as a whistle, just as advertised, all the amenities you need and in a great location. The only thing we noticed, is we rented a downstairs unit, and you can hear folks walking around upstairs but it did not keep you up or really bother us. Just a note.

Lovely location near Franklin. Very clean property that is a quadplex (this unit is in the back so will not show up in maps). Host was able to accommodate an early check in. Only issues are intermittent working AC so bedrooms were hot but rest of unit cool. Other than that we will definitely be back!

Pro's - Location was ideal - quick access into Downtown. Shopping and Restaurants in Franklin it was great. Floorplan worked for us and updated. Shower was hot and good pressure. Beds comfy mattress.Con's - We were in the lower level, it was very musty smelling and very damp! Our clothes were always soggy/damp, as well as the bedding. I bought a Damp rid bag and collected about 3 inches of water! If you kept the door closed, the floor was full of condensation We had bad ant problems, we bought Terro Ant Baits. There is NO cleaning supplies, NO extra towels or linens, mgmt said feel free to wash them. Hall bath is in desperate need of vent fan. Master Bath shower needs caulked. Only 1 remote controls all 3 A/C Splitters and it's in Cellceius no real instructions how to operate. We were fortunate that only a few days was someone upstairs because you can hear every step, their voices and music! I wouldn't stay there again on the lower level for sure. Not sure how the upper levels are.
