We are local to the area and enjoy living here year-round! We enjoy memories being made in our home for many years to come!
Why they chose this property
We decided on this quaint neighborhood close to a local park located on the Greenway! We do have 4 bikes to enjoy while you were in town. The island is easy to get around either by bike, walking or renting a golf cart! The streets are street legal and we have a one car garage to park it in.
What makes this property unique
We offer a two-story townhome with one car, garage and fenced in backyard. Easy to bring your furry friends to enjoy the beach as well. Pets are welcome! The Mike Chappell Park is within walking distance to enjoy bike riding around the Greenway or the Skate Park.
