Stayed at the house for with members of my Dragon boat team for The Burlington Dragon book Festival last weekend. It’s the perfect location, close to everything in Winooski as well as the Burlington waterfront and Church Street. The house is nice and looks like it was recently renovated. Ryan was great and very communicative and helpful with any questions that I asked.My only comment on the sleeping situation is it would be tight for 10 adults. There is a set of bunkbeds in the third bedroom, but it would be tight for four adults to sleep in it.

Everything worked out great with our stay here. There was plenty of room for everyone, and we really enjoyed ourselves. Ryan was easy to work with, and check in and out were no problem. If we visit the area again, we would stay here again.

The house is convenient to all the essential places; restaurants, groceries stores, pharmacies and downtown Burlington. It is also comfortable. The host was amazing, responded on time and easy to work with.

Cozy, clean and comfortable spot!

We enjoyed are stay here, the entire home was a perfect fit and the backyard was super nice to hangout in on a beautiful weekend. You are close to downtown Burlington but we also enjoyed exploring Winooski. Lovely space, would return!!

Excellent, clean home for a relaxing family stay

This house was outstanding! Nice and clean and comfortable. The bunk room was fantastic for my kids and the living room was a nice place for the whole family to relax. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and there were lots of fun places nearby for eating!!

Great house

Had a great time in Ryan's house and found everything as described. Very convenient to Burlington center but also right down the street from Winooski's center and all that it has to offer. We had a great time!

Host was very prompt and respectful with enquiries. House was very comfortable, clean and great location to restaurants and highways. Being able to have on-site parking was a plus!! Will definitely recommend!
