Come and stay in this completely refurbished villa ground floor and enjoy the calm of the prestigious golf estate of Sainte Maxime as well as its quick access to the beaches and the city centre (5 minutes by car free parking). The air-conditioned apartment consists of a kitchen open to a living room and a dining area, a bedroom with a double bed (140*190), a blind room with two single beds (190*90), and a bathroom with its toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave oven and a hob. You will also benefit from a 60 m2 garden planted with Mediterranean species with its terrace where you can eat in the shade of a superb olive tree, all fully fenced. A parking space is available as well as a washing machine. We provide you with a coffee maker, toaster, hair dryer, kettle, television.
