A total of 9 kings, 3 queens, 2 twins, 9 sleeper sofas. 2 sleeper sofas in 2 bedrooms on the main level. 2 sleeper sofas in 2 bedrooms on upper level. 1 sleeper sofa in bedroom on lower level. 2 sleeper sofas in living room on main level. 2 sleeper sofas in den on upper level. 2 kings on main level and 2 sets of queen/twin bunks and 1 queen on main level. 4 kings on upper level. 3 kings on lower level. Home theater seats 32 people on lower level. .Game room on lower level.
3 stories with large 12 by 20 indoor heated pool, very large home theater and game room. Prices start at $1100.00 per night in off season.

The house was perfect for our large group. Wasn’t there long enough to be able to enjoy all the wonderful amenities. A huge plus for our large group was multiple ways to make coffee.

The cabin was amazing everything and so much more my family really enjoyed their Mother’s Day weekend and celebration of my favorite aunts 65th birthday. We were so impressed by the whole cabin experience and the amenities that it had to offer , will definitely be back Stan was a great host no communication problems at all . I encourage anyone with a large family or group to most definitely book this cabin. Thanks Stan and I hope you will have us back again,no complaints at all…….

Great location if you want to be close to town. Not if you want to be wooded or secluded at all. Fairly spacious, 4.5/5 for cleanliness. Overall good stay.

This was the perfect place for a large group. All 17 of us had a wonderful time. There was more than enough space for everyone to spread out. We especially loved the large double kitchen and dining area for gathering together for meals. The only thing I would suggest is to get WiFi extenders or additional routers on the other levels. It was difficult to get a signal at times to make calls or even send texts but everything was exceptional overall and we would absolutely come back again.

We booked the rental for our wedding weekend and this place did not disappoint. We were able to enjoy time with our guests and they were so excited for the opportunity to be together in one place and have wonderful accomodations (private bathroom in each room; plenty of seating to gather and play games or retreat to a commons area to relax or watch a game). The place was very clean and welcoming and the host was helpful with answering questions and willingness to accommodate us when needed.

We have stayed in mulltiple cabins in the Smoky Mountains twice a year for years. This was by far the best experience thus far. The cabin was beautiful, huge, well equipped, clean and had and was everything the description claimed.We always stay somewhere different for variety's sake. I have to be honest, Ive already been on contact with the owner for a repeat stay. The owner is very forthcoming with any information requested. When we first arrived we had a hiccup with the theatre room, he answered immediately, as he did with any questions. Also, we didn't fear for our lives trying to navigate treacherous roads to arrive at the cabin. Those of you who have been before, know what I mean. 1000% worth your money and effort

Overall the house was beautiful. However after our stay I sent an email informing the owner about many deficiencies such as a microwave not working, most tv's in the bedrooms were not working, the hot tub only had one jet working, the freezer door was broken, the screen in the media room only stayed on 15 minutes and the curtains at the front of the room were completely on the floor on the left of the screen, etc. but the main concern was A LARGE PIECE OF GLASS was found in the indoor pool which could have been a tragedy. They replied back about the hot tub jets have to each be turned on separately. Do you think we didn't try that??? And that is the ONLY thing they replied to. They said there would be no rebate - which when paying this much for a 2 night stay one would expect excellence!

Family Gathering

We gathered from four states to celebrate our mom's 90th birthday for the weekend - the house was perfect for 33 of us staying there. Plenty of seating for eating and gathering, kitchen had what we needed, bedrooms were comfortable and lots of room to spread out. We would highly recommend this place for a large group!

Great Place to stay

We had 30 people in the house and everyone loved the house. Clean, comfortable, a lot of fun with the movie room and pool. Owners were fantastic to work with !!! A +++++++ place to stay
