We had a wonderful stay! The place was nice and private, and we loved having the pool. The location was ideal — just a short walk to the beach, plus plenty of restaurants nearby.The host and cohost were both very gracious. Marine met us at check-in and was so helpful, giving us recommendations for local grocery stores and restaurants. At check-out, she was prompt and made the process quick and easy so we could get on the road on time for our flight.We also appreciated that the place was stocked with basic necessities such as toilet paper, salt, pepper, tea, and even sugar, which was a nice touch.The only downsides were that the floors could have used a sweep before our arrival, and the air exchanger unit downstairs wouldn't work on the timer. Minor issues, but worth mentioning.Overall, a wonderful stay and we'd definatley recommend it!

The place was dirty when we arrived. The pool was not clean so my daughter used it for about 15 min. The hidden fee of electricity was not welcomed. I should have been told before renting the property. Other than that the place is in an excellent location for tourist. The villa does need central air. If I’m going to be paying for the electricity, at least give me the choice of turning on the a/c so my family can be comfortable.
