Recently transformed, in the heart of a warm space with a neat design, the fully air-conditioned villa of approximately 160 m² offers absolute well-being to its 10 guests.
Its vast living room, sublimated by high ceilings, an exposed framework and large openings to the outside, constitutes the heart of the house.
Its five bedrooms with private bathrooms guarantee total privacy, including a superb master suite opening directly onto the pool.
The living spaces naturally extend to the wooden terrace, the heated swimming pool and the various outdoor facilities to offer a real indoor-outdoor life.
Between sea and nature, this villa is an invitation to slow down, share and fully enjoy the pleasures of the Mediterranean.

Spread over approximately 160 m² and fully air-conditioned, the villa offers 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Its landscaped garden of 650 m² houses a beautiful heated and secure swimming pool. The many sliding doors generously open the living spaces to the outside, creating a perfect continuity between the house, the terraces and the garden.

Once through the automated gate you can park your 2 vehicles in front of the entrance of the house. Other spaces will be available in front of the house.

On the main level

In the heart of the villa, a superb living room bathed in light seduces with its generous volumes, its high ceilings and its exposed framework. Open to the terrace and the swimming pool, it invites you to take full advantage of the Mediterranean way of life.
On one side, the master suite has direct access to the swimming pool and has an intimate office area accessible by a few steps.
On the other hand, the sleeping area has 4 bedrooms (2 on the ground floor and 2 upstairs), each with its own private bathroom and 2 separate toilets.

A real private space, the master suite opens directly onto the swimming pool.
It has a 160 cm bed, a large dressing room and a spacious private bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet.
Intimate space to isolate yourself or work (office) nestled a few steps up.

To the left of the entrance is the sleeping area:

Composed of 4 comfortable bedrooms, each with its own private shower room, a 160 cm double bed and storage space. One of the bedrooms can be configured with 2 single beds on request. Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor and two others upstairs.

2 separate toilets with washbasin are available, one on the ground floor and the other upstairs.

Outside

A beautiful wooden terrace extends the living room and surrounds the swimming pool.

In front of the living room, an elegant driftwood pergola houses alfresco meals around a large table for 10 to 12 guests. Next to it, a comfortable summer lounge with sofas and armchairs invites you to share pleasant moments with family or friends

The 3 m x 7 m heated swimming pool (depth: 1.40m) is secured by an electric shutter. It is embellished with a submerged beach conducive to relaxation and a staircase allowing a gradual entry into the water. Heating is included from the first Saturday in May to the first Saturday in October. Outside this period, an additional charge of between €200 and €300 per week is requested depending on the season.

Around the pool, deckchairs are at your disposal to take full advantage of the sun.
And a "summer bar" area with counter, stools, sink and electric plancha will allow you to pleasantly extend your days and evenings outside.

For more comfort, the villa has a separate linen room equipped with an additional refrigerator, a washing machine, a dryer and ironing facilities.
Toilets with hand basin, accessible directly from the outside, complete this space.

The exteriors have been carefully landscaped and include a landscaped garden with a beautiful lawn. Located on the side of the villa, the bowling alley is at your disposal for pleasant moments of conviviality.

"All-inclusive" services for a holiday without stress.
For your comfort, everything is included in the price of your stay:
End-of-stay cleaning AND intermediate cleaning during your stay.
However, a basic cleaning is required on the day of your departure:
Clean the ovens, refrigerators and plancha. Empty the dishwasher and rubbish bins (household waste, glass and plastic bottles, cardboard). Furniture and objects moved must be returned to their original places

Beds made on arrival. Towels provided. You will simply need to take your pool/beach towels.

📝 Important information:
Hours: Arrivals are from 5 p.m. but if the house is ready earlier, we will be happy to welcome you! Departures no later than 10:00 a.m.
Capacity: 10 people (child and baby included).
Deposit: A security deposit of €2000 will be paid 2 days before your arrival (via a secure, undebited bank imprint).
Serenity of the place: In order to respect the tranquility of the area, no festive events are allowed (weddings, birthdays, parties, events...). Calm must be respected from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
