"Mas Jean Bart" is a luxury villa located in the area Valcros, facing the Sea (Island of Porquerolles), overlooking the 18 hole golf of Valcros.
It has been designed by an architect and just completed in March 2011.
With 9 rooms including 5 large bedrooms, 280m2 living space this villa can accommodate 12 people. it is ideal for a large family or for two families, or a large group of friends. Each room has its own shower room with toilets, and large closets.
The villa also has a large living room american type kitchen 80m2, an office with printer and high speed internet access, a home theater room (3d).
A wooden terrace overlooking the sea is accessible from the bedrooms,
The lounge provides access to a terrace with outside dining area, facing the sea, all located just above the pool, the pool itself being surrounded by a wooden terrace.
The master bedroom offers a double shower steam bath and double Jacuzzi tub.
The (heated) pool is 10m x 4m, above the golf, with a full sea view.

Very nice stay

We had a very pleasant time at the Mas Jean Bart. The house itself offers nice accommodations and is perfectly fine for 12 people. The only downside was the location which is quite far from everything. Overall, we would recommend the place!

Overall perfect, even better than expectations. Top rating on everything.Only concern was a minor problem with the entrance gate, had to be opened manually. Some mosquito issues in the evening, maybe due to no wind and 30 degrees.

Exceptional Property

Our family gathering consisted of 10 people from the US and Europe. The trip was prepared at the last minute for June 2024. The description of the villa was very attractive and compelling, and in reality it was accurate and was even better than the description. The property was clean, modern, spacious, well designed and equipped and furnished. It made for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The owner was very pleasant, attentive, communicative and available to resolve any questions. He even left for us a welcoming bottle of rosé from a local winery. The location was quiet, private, remotely located from the center of action, but accessible within 10-15 minutes by car. La Londe is located in the middle of Provence making trips to either side easy to make. We had a fantastic stay in Provence and highly recommend the villa for relaxation with its pool and facilities and/or for exploring Provence.

Entspannter Urlaub mit Freunden

Wir haben mit drei Familien (6 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder) eine sehr entspannte Woche in Valcros verbracht. Alles lief bestens beim Ein- und Auschecken und vorab mit dem Vermieter. Das Haus liegt zwar ein bisschen vom Meer entfernt, aber man hat eine sehr schöne Aussicht auf das Meer und die umliegende Umgebung. Die Lage ist ideal für Ausflüge nach Porquerolles, Bormes-Les-Mimosas, St. Tropez oder den Calanques. Die nächsten Strände L'Argentiere oder Le Pelegrin sind sehr schön. Das Haus verfügt über alles (Billard, Tischtennis, Kicker, schönem Pool), was man als größere Gruppe mit Teenagern braucht. Einzig das W-LAN hätte noch besser funktionieren können. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und der Aufenthaltsbereich ist sehr großzügig. Insgesamt hatten wir eine sehr schöne und entspannte Woche in Mas Jean Bart und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Vue splendide dans une villa bien équipée. Accueil parfait de Magalie, propreté de la villa et disponibilité, merci à elle 2 bemols - un bemol mineur : des sur-matelas pour reunir des lits simples en un lit double dans les 3 chambres du haut seraient appréciés, sans le desagrement d une jointure désagréable entre 2 lits- un bemol majeur : le choix de cette villa en avril repose principalement sur sa piscine annoncee chauffée, or nous sommes arrivés elle devait etre a 22/23 et sommes repartis a 25 validés par le pisciniste le vendredi... peut on parler et vendre une piscine chauffée ??? Non, et surtout si on se veut "de luxe". Donc déçus

Semaine de rêve

Cette maison est superbe, la vue est incroyable sur Porquerolles, piquer une tête fin octobre c’est super agréable ! Loisir et travail, tout est possible. Chaque famille avait son espace, confort dans chaque pièce, tout est là pour faciliter la vie. La semaine a été trop courte pour profiter de tout les attraits de cette très belle maison.

Sehr privat gelegen. Bisher die beste Unterkunft die wir hatten. Weber Grill top. 2 Spülmaschinen. Das separate apartment kann sehr hilfreich sein, je nach Konstellation. Kontakt mit dem Vermieter sehr angenehm und freundlich. Keine Große Agentur sondern direkter Vermieterkontakt. Alle Zimmer sind sehr gut. Das Masterbedroom ist unten und besonders edel. Straße ist privat und das Tor is nur mit PIN oder Fernbedienung zu öffnen. Alles in allem Grandios 👌🏻

Un séjour très agréable durant les vacances de Toussaint dans une maison spacieuse et conviviale : un espace de vie chaleureux , des espaces de jeux multiples (échec, pingpong, billard, pétanque, babyfoot) qui ont fait la joie des ados et de leurs parents. La vue de la terrasse est splendide et les alentours sont attrayants ( le sentier du littoral, les iles, le golf,...)
