Come prepared to enjoy our fully REMODELED ocean view condo on the second floor in the privacy of the Pajaro Dunes resort-gated complex. You will enjoy being on the second floor to enjoy the view above the dunes!
Shorebirds Getaway: family owned, lovingly updated, carefully curated.
Pajaro Dunes is a secluded beach, "centrally isolated" on the Monterey Bay! Kitchen and living room remodeled in May 2023!
All NEW appliances! Completely renovated kitchen. All new stainless appliances including dishwasher, sink, French door refrigerator, double oven range, sleek glass vent hood and microwave (hidden behind door in pantry cabinet).
Huge working island with ocean view seats three comfortably and has all the necessary meal prep utensils and supplies stored easily within reach. Coffee station with drip & pod coffee maker, hot water kettle, coffee grinder and an assortment of teas, pods & sweeteners provided (supply varies based on private or guest use). Crockpot, air fryer and waffle maker for your use.
Renovated bathrooms in 2016 and brand new paint, floors and doors as of March 2020.
New remote controlled fireplace (turn it on and off all day!)

Our spotless unit faces the sunset; relax by the big picture window and enjoy the view...it's one of the best at Pajaro Dunes Resort.
Located along Sunset State Beach, Pajaro Dunes is close to everything in the Monterey Bay: it's about 15 minutes to Santa Cruz and 30 minutes to Monterey, Pebble Beach, and Carmel. There are dozens of sights to see and things to do...When you feel like feeling sand under your feet, simply walk down a couple flights of stairs past the dunes and you are right on the beach! It is so easy to enjoy the sand and be able to rinse off afterwards at the building's outside shower and rinse off area. Two Beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, and sand toys are provided for your use. Pickleball courts are here along with tennis courts. Have a bonfire in the fire-pits that are on the beach (fire pits only available during summer months- bring your own required metal bowl for off season).

This is our 2nd stay in this charming condo. It is perfection; beautifully furnished with everything you need plus some. The view is breathtaking, each morning we watched the whales and dolphins swim by. Excellent view from second floor, no stairs from parking lot to unit which is a plus for us. I like the second bedroom bed arrangement, perfect for our daughter and granddaughter.. Very well equipped unit, including table linens. New sofa and chairs in living room, which are very attractive and comfortable. Left my instant read thermometer on accident, but others can enjoy and I'll buy a new one. First time staying for Thanksgiving and have reservation for next year already and one before that in July to get out of the Valley summer heat.

This is a family owned condo. We are three siblings (twins and our brother) that have shared ownership since 1990. It was bought by our parents and passed down to us. We are happy to share our Pajaro Dunes home with you!

Why they chose this property

Pajaro Dunes Resort is a hidden gem. It is a beautiful spot to enjoy the California coast without all the crowds. You can also get to Santa Cruz or Monterey area very quickly. We like to say it is CENTRALLY ISOLATED!

What makes this property unique

We love the way you can sit and look out the picture window and see the Monterey Bay!
Take the stairs to the beach and Walk a few steps and you are on the sand...
Sleep to the sounds of the waves crashing on the beach.
We just upgraded with new flooring, doors and bathrooms and the kitchen will be done by May 2023!
