Cozy, Ocean Front Condo NEW Pickleball Courts

Get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and escape to the serenity of a 7 mile long beach. In the evening spark up a fire in the beach fire pit, sit back and enjoy the sun setting over the ocean, the sound of the surf, the skyline view of the gorgeous lights from Monterey to Santa Cruz and the star lit sky.

Enjoy ocean and dune views from the living room, master bedroom and deck. At night snuggle into the comfy CA King Bed and lull to sleep by the sound of the ocean.

The master bedroom has a California King with a TV and private bathroom. The guest room has a queen size bed and a set of bunk beds. The second bathroom is just outside the guest bedroom.

Dining room table can comfortably seat 6 and it also has a leaf to accommodate up to 8. Living room has a wood fireplace, a flat screen TV, Smart Blu-Ray with Pandora, Netflix and Hulu, Cable TV with Music stations, iPod docking station and WiFi.

The covered deck is accessible through the sliding doors from the living room and master bedroom. The deck is equipped with gas BBQ and outdoor dining table.

Upgrades to the condo include:
Kitchen cabinets
Full Master Bathroom with granite counters
Partial Guest Bathroom with new cabinets
New fireplace including stack stone front, hearth and mantle
New carpet throughout in Dec 2014
New patio furniture and gas BBQ May 2016

-General store adjacent to parking area sells wine, beer, frozen food, snacks, wood, BBQ gas, some clothing, sundries, kites & beach toys

-24 x 7 onsite security, fire and rescue staff
-Tennis and basketball courts
-Private pond with protected migratory birds
-Beach fires can be built to site CC&Rs. Please inquire. Fires MUST be in pits
-Fish, swim, surf, skim board or kite board. Bring your own equipment and fishing requires CA state license
-Whales, dolphins, sea otters and sea lions can seasonally be viewed from the deck or the beach

Condo was well provisioned with everything we needed. We had a great relaxing time playing games and walking out to the beach. There is not a great view of the water from the window but the sea grasses are beautiful and you are only 20ish feet from the exit to the beach. It was a great place to stay.

Perfect weekend getaway. The unit is clean, comfortable and has a well stocked kitchen, which is great because we like to cook. Everything worked as expected. We enjoyed hearing the ocean, the electric fireplace and walking the beach. The host was responsive and helpful. Would stay there again.

Beautiful ocean view that was right off the beach. It was like home away from home with the amenities. The condo was clean with no issues and had a lovely welcome binder with a lot of helpful information for the area. We had a slight issue with WiFi, but when contacting the host, they responded quickly and helped get the matter figured out. The staff was friendly and super helpful, Larry was great!

The condo was clean and very well stocked, the proximity and access to the beach can't be beat. Other than the living room furnishings being a little worn down all in all it suited us fine. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything that you would need to cook at home and the bathrooms were nicely updated. I recommend this rental.

The check-in information was given via an email ahead of time and it was the most smooth easy-going check-in we’ve ever had.The kitchen facilities were wonderful. Everything we could’ve possibly imagined was there. There was a little back deck that we had our morning coffee on. We were one door away from the entrance to the beach.We had never been to the area before, so I asked a lot of questions and they were very timely on getting back to me with very good information. I would highly highly recommend using them.We are even planning our return trip already.
