You want to create & share special memories with those closest to you. This is the place! Pelican point is private, set on a pristine & secluded beach between the sea & the lagoon. Our home is on the first level, so no hiking to get here. Enjoy sunsets on the daily with this condo that faces Santa Cruz. The bedrooms both offer comfortable king beds!

This isn't your rough beach bungalow - we've designed it to be truly a remarkable getaway. If you need to keep in touch, there's a desk for your laptop or tablet, and new Private wifi service is included free. Once you're here, though, we'll bet that the ocean air calls you to explore our special sea life!

This is a recently remodeled home, and you'll enjoy a truly luxurious stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances, blender, granite counter tops, new cabinets & more. Enjoy our breakfast bar with new chairs, or a window seat watching the sea birds. You're footsteps away from a gorgeous beach walk - many of our guests have sited whales, dolphins & pelicans!

Enjoy a movie on our living room flat screen TV, or set the bedroom televisions up with different programs. Two of them have DVD players. Borrow free movies at our lobby store when you check in! We also have a cd player so you can set the musical mood. We also provide 2 hair dryers, so no need to pack them! You'll also have the convenience of an in home washer & dryer for your sandy towels!

If you're looking for a serene oasis where you can watch the sunset over the Monterey Bay; and be in a beautiful home, this is for you. Don't forget that just down the road, you can visit terrific fresh seafood restaurants at Moss Landing; kayak out & find sea otters enjoying the Elkhorn Slough; dine & shop in nearby Monterey - or if you have a wanderlust, visit Big Sur! Everything is close by, and yet you will feel that you're a world away. Enjoy tennis? There are many great courts here! Basketball, beach volleyball set ups, wonderful walking trails, and of course, the most stunning & quiet beach on the Monterrey bay.

Our property managers at Pajaro Dunes Resort will help with anything you might need to further enjoy your stay. Our lobby store has many items for purchase to take a little piece of the Pajaro Dunes with you. Maid service is also available upon request. We hope to welcome you to our home away from home. Please note that all BBQ's in the Pelican condos have been removed due to HOA policy.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Return furniture to its original location. Close all window coverings. Turn off all appliances and heaters. After loading the dishwasher, please do not leave any dishes behind in the sink.
Remove all recycling from home to outside bins.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No Shoes in the home.No Pets Allowed $250 Per Day if pet found.No Smoking on Patio Decks. $250 fine.Allowed in designated areas.Quiet Time 10pm - 8am.
Guest list required for visiting guests. Put any used towels in washing machine, but do not start the cycle. Return furniture to original position.

Second time staying

Absolutely love the Dunes! Our second time staying here as a family. The ability to walk to the beach and back, also a short drive from both Monterrey and Santa Cruz. Beautiful for family or as a couple. I imagine even a get away by yourself!

We always love staying at Pajaro dunes. Overall stay was well. Kitchen was well stocked. Living room was accommodating and cozy. Bedrooms were nice. Bathroom had a cobweb that my daughter freaked out over and floorboards were a little dusty. We are kind of neat freaks so most other people probably wouldn't have noticed anything. We still had a lovely time and would come back again.

It was absolutely amazing! Better than we imagined in every way! Fully stocked condo and literally steps from the ocean!It truly was a dream come true!The jack and jill type bathroom was a huge help and the extra bedding was clean and easily accessible.Cannot say enough good things about this place. Gated, respectful community. Truly felt safe and welcomed by all. We even saw a sea otter from shore!!

Perfect Little Getaway

Everything about this condo was great. From the couches that have reclining chairs in every corner to the short walk to the beach. It has everything you might need in the kitchen. It was clean and cozy.
