Welcome home to this stunning, fully remodeled, waterfront property nestled away in the community of Walden. This 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom Lake House has been remodeled from ground up! Offering 1600 sq ft(+/-)of Trex decking spanning over two levels, the outdoor living space easily compliments hosting family and friends any day of the week. Enjoy the 6 person jacuzzi tub, built in oversized yeti cooler, hanging chairs, grill, surround sound speakers, 30' boat slip and 2 jet ski ramp. Step inside the beautiful home with rich pine wood high ceilings, granite countertops, open concept, and serene views overlooking the water. The Master Bedroom is located privately in the upper west wing of the home away from the other bedrooms. The garage has been transformed into a game room including a full size arcade console with 400 games. The Walden Community offers guest amenities for fine dining at the Walden Golf Club and Yacht Club; championship golf privileges, private boat launches, full-service marina, fitness center, community pools, tennis courts, & nearby convenience stores, WalMart and Krogers.

We loved this house! We loved the gaming stuff in garage and the view and the paddle boats but we didn’t have time to actually use. Loved that there was actual backup Necessities ex: TP and coffee. Most places only comes with one roll of tp per bathroom and when you have a big family that won’t last so it was nice that there was extra and came with coffee so I didn’t need to bring our own even though we did. We enjoyed the hot tub and the view. This property has a lot to offer and very responsive to messages.

Fun on the lake

Check in was smooth. The property was clean and accommodating. The host was very helpful and responsive when we needed it. The master bed was extremely comfortable. Loved the fully stocked kitchen to prepare meals. Lots of games and outdoor equipment to entertain the family. Highly recommend!

Wonderful family getaway

The property was wonderful for our family. The backyard and dock were awesome. Lake access was great where we had a great time fishing and hanging out by the lake. Our boys loved the game room. We will definitely be back again.

Great place to bring your boat!

This was a wonderful home to rent for our family Thanksgiving. The kitchen had all the essentials to prepare our feast and plenty of seating. We used the nearby neighborhood boat launch and kept our boat in the covered lift. Beautifully updated and well furnished.

Perfect Work Retreat

This is the 2nd time staying at this property and it works out great for a get away and work retreat all at the same . The space allows for you to enjoy the gorgeous views while discussing business and getting things done. The garage/game room area is awesome for breaks and fun when the weather outside isn't great.

We had a memorable stay with family. The home was amazing! The boat launch was close by and we kept the boat in the boat slip at the home which was a plus. Plenty of restaurants on the lake close by. The home had games in the garage for the kids to play. The host was super helpful and quick to help. We have booked again and look forward to it!

A perfect spot for our family get-together!

We felt very at home in this comfortable house . There are many large common spaces and an open and well equipped kitchen. The view on the lake is great. And for those who love to fish or just lay in the sun, the dock on the lake was a perfect retreat. We will keep this place in mind for future visits. Note - the Mgmt company was super responsive .

Perfect oasis

We truly can not say enough about this beautiful home on the Lake Conroe. Everything was perfectly located, clean, comfortable, and welcoming. We will absolutely be visiting again. A fabulous house

This house was perfect . It was well located , well fitted out with plenty of activities for everyone.Kayaks games room great tv and sound system. The boat dock was great as we hired a boat and had friends pass by with jet skis. A beautiful garden and a well fitted home. We would highly recommend and would consider this property one of the best places we have stayed at.

Great House - Great backyard - superb boat dock and lift!

We have a boys get together every year to hit the lake for some surfing! Great house, cleaned, little aged but still a great place! the backyard set up and the game room in the garage makes for some excellent entertainment. We have a couple wake surf boats and the lift accommodated fine. Really had a great time - great HOUSE for A BOYS weekend! Stores close by for those last minute "forgets' as well. Summer family vacation

We enjoyed fishing and paddle boarding. The boat dock was great as we rented a pontoon boat. The home was clean and well stocked with comfortable beds. Check the propane before grilling. It was out but the management came quickly to replace with a new one. Wish all guests would report things right away. The swing chairs were broken and the repairman was quick to come check it out but said they would need to be replaced so we couldn’t use them. It was too hot for the hot tub but a nice addition to the home.
