Dear Gina, We are glad that you found our home beautiful, clean and safe. We truly apologize that the regulator on our two year old grill decided to break during your stay. In anticipation of your arrival, we not only cleaned the grill, ensured a full propane tank but also inspected it for functionality the day before your arrival. No one can predict when a pressure regulator will fail, and it was unfortunate that it happened during your stay. Although our technician was onsite within an hour of you notifying us to troubleshoot the issue, we do live in a mountain village where parts from a store are not available on a holiday weekend outside of working hours. It’s understandable that you envisioned grilling out over the weekend, however we know you were able to use our double oven, stove top, microwave, toaster oven and air fryer as a substitute. We want to assure you that the regulator was replaced just as soon as the stores opened after the holiday. You expressed appreciation for all of the other beautiful amenities our home has to offer. We hope that you were able to make lasting memories with your family.

Dear Biridiana, Thank you for your feedback. While we always take any suggestions seriously and take immediate action to resolve issues, we are a bit taken aback at your review. Had you informed us at the beginning of your stay of the issues you described, we could have quickly remedied any concerns you had. However, you informed us once you had already vacated the property, immediately asking for a refund. As stated in our correspondence, we have a weekly pest control service in place. We also have housekeeping inspect the condition of our home before the arrival of each new guest. Our reviews about cleanliness are nothing but stellar. It must also be noted that we did everything to accommodate your concerns and requests. Things do happen, but we take pride in resolving them in a swift and effective way, provided we are notified.
