You can leave your car in the covered carport and walk to town for shopping and restaurants. New 42-inch SMART LED TV with cable...wireless internet...fully equipped kitchen...4 ceiling fans...plenty of sheets and towels ...beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella and beach mats in storage locker. King-size bed in bedroom...queen-size sleeper sofa in loft. Complex has a laundry room. No pets or smoking.

Why they chose this property
With retirement looming, we wanted to be able to spend some of the year in a beach town and searched the California coast. When we found Carpinteria, we knew we had found the perfect place. We wanted a quiet complex at the beach and easy walking distance to town. We have friends and family in southern California and we wanted to be able to take the train to visit them and to take advantage of all the region has to offer without having to drive.
What makes this property unique
After two years of looking for a place to buy, we fell in love with this condo. It is the only unit in the building that has a full bedroom as well as a loft bedroom. Since we stay here several weeks a year ourselves, the condo is a home, not just a rental property. We want our guests to feel the same way.
