This property is one of the best properties I have ever stayed at. It was beautifully appointed, communication was clear throughout our entire stay, there was a wonderful orientation to the community through pamphlets and books throughout the property, some of the best towels I have ever used, and it was just very comfortable. It is an older beach home, so it is smaller, but the location was absolutely perfection. We didn’t even use all of the beach things that were left because we only made it to the beach in the evening. I would stay here over and over and over again.

This was the PERFECT family friendly vacation rental. It was so well stocked, an easy walk to the beach, and was a great respite during a rainy few days. Top notch communication, easy check in, really wonderful stay.

Amazing stay! Comfy beds, great shower, plush towels, stocked kitchen with quality cooking tools. Cozy tv setting, loved the back patio to play hoops. Friendly neighbors (and Rife the cat!). Easy walk to a beautiful beach. Easy stroll to delicious food prepared with love by people who love Carpintera. We left the ditch door open when we were home and awake. We want to come back!

Just over a month after our first stay at Lisa's house...we decided to come back and do it all over again! Fellow VRBOers, this place is just that good. Everything is so clean, the beds are so comfortable, the kitchen so well-stocked...we just could not stay away. Great spot!

This is an awesome place to stay! It’s centrally located and the beach, shops, and restaurants were all walking distance. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Lisa was friendly and super easy to communicate with. We had a great trip. Carpinteria is such a special place, and I’d definitely recommend this house for your stay!
