Why they chose this property

The location is far enough out to enjoy the beauty of Pikes Peak , the trees, the lakes, hiking and fishing & it's not too far from stores & restaurants.
Manitou Springs, Garden of the Gods, Cave of the winds, and the cog rail to the top of Pikes Peak is very close.
