We had an awesome stay at this beautifully decorated house. Everything needed for a relax vacation was there. Kim was super easy to communicate with and followed up on our question really fast. The house has a great pool and is only 5 minutes drive to the beach.

Met our needs and then some!

This was the perfect house for our family of 6. Everyone had their own bed which is key to a peaceful vacation! House was clean and well appointed. Pool and outdoor area were a great bonus. Location was great for our visits with family who live in Bonita Springs. We will be coming back!

Great Florida House

Great property close to the beach! The heated swimming pool was used daily. Lots of space for our group! Each bedroom was able to have their own designated bathroom. A great plus when you’re with teenagers.

50th anniversary

Beautiful home in a tough looking neighborhood. We battled ants for a few days and the pool service did a very poor job. Overall we would go there again, we had a lot of fun!!!

Amazing stay!

This Bonita home is not only gorgeous but it is spacious and cozy which was exactly what we were looking for to stay with the family. The owners hospitality deserves 5 stars. The rooms, bathrooms, kitchen and back patio (including pool) were impecable. The home is also located close to stores, restaurants, grocery stores and beaches! We will definitely rent again in the future!

Our family stayed and enjoyed this property very much. Kim was so helpful and just overall such a great host. Everything we needed for our Bonita Springs beach getaway was offered at this property. Everyone was comfortable, slept well, and had a marvelous time.

Summer Vacation June 2022

Our stay was June of '22. Great location, both from stores, coffee shops, and beaches. House had an amazing lay out and furniture set up. With each room having a bathroom In or near. Kitchen had everything we needed when we made home meals. (Did get stuffy when there were a few ppl preparing at same time). Pool was a great size, and clean. Love the protected fence/ gaurd around it! Beds were comfortable, pillows were not. Too bad we didn't get to enjoy the bikes or paddle boards that are in the garage. Key pad wouldn't light up for entry, but after several attempts we did get it. Kim was super helpful in getting us every way to get in, incase one way didn't open. She replys quickly which is awesome! *Barefoot Beach had a $10 a day charge. (Several minutes from the house) *The other (beach access') along North Fort Meyers and Bonita Springs had a $5 an hour charge. *If you have time, I'd recommend driving 1 hour to Sanibel Island and or light house. Over all 5 star for out family Vacation 2022

Great House, Great Location!

This house is exactly what we wanted. New, clean and a very convenient location. The beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean. Lot's of little extras in the kitchen which made it really easy to eat in if we wanted to. We loved the pool. Very clean and nice to relax around in the evening. Loved the color changing lights in the pool too. The girls had a blast sleeping all together in the large bedroom. We loved having the bikes to tour around on too. We were so close to the beach and great restaurants. Overall we couldn't be happier. Would definitely stay here again.

Need more time in this paradise!

Brand new house in a great location with responsive hosts and lots of amenities. We stayed three nights and wished we had booked a longer trip. The beaches here are amazing, especially if you enjoy shelling. You can walk, bike, or drive to at least three different beaches. Tons of food options, including a Publix you can walk to. The house has plenty of room, and is stocked with any and all items you could need. The pool was quiet, relaxing and perfect for cocktails! Kim was easy to work with and answered all our questions quickly.

The privacy of this property added to the fantastic location close to the beach simply can not be beat. The views around the back lanai and pool are so truly relaxing you won't want to leave.

This home has so many unique benefits, but the one that stands out the most and we get the most positive comments on is how private and relaxing the home is. Our home is on a 1/2 acre very privately landscaped lot. Add that to the location near some of the best beaches and food around and it can't be beat. We only hope you love it as much as we do.
