Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein Hi-Fi-Set und ein Sat-Flat-TV. Es gibt ein Badezimmer (mit Duschkabine und Badewanne) und ein separates WC. Die Ferienwohnung besitzt zwei Balkone mit Blick über den Lamer Winkel. Es ist außerdem möglich durch Zustellbetten weitere Gäste unterzubringen. Handtücher, Tisch- und Küchenwäsche, WLAN- Nutzung, Waschmaschinennutzung, Kleinkindausstattung und Parkmöglichkeiten vor der Wohnung sind im Grundpreis enthalten.
