Double Dunes is located in heart of "Old Town" Port Aransas. Uniquely located just a half mile from beach and 2 blocks from downtown Port A where you have an abundance of restaurants and shopping available to you. A private heated pool is provided on the premise. There is enough parking for up to 5 vehicles. Ocean views can be seen from the third floor and fourth floor crow's nest! Restaurants, concert venues, night life and the marina are all a few short blocks.

This home is as described . Plenty of space , well equipped kitchen , and pool space was our fave. The little ones loved it (we all did)! We had a wonderful stay at this home—truly perfect for our family, as well as our pets. The location couldn’t be better: close to the beach, restaurants, and all the local sights. We loved that we could easily walk to dinner or take a quick golf cart ride to the beach.The owner was incredibly responsive and thoughtful. We spent Thanksgiving here, and he even provided a turkey pan along with an already well-equipped kitchen, making it easy to prepare our holiday meal. We were also celebrating my parents’ 60th anniversary, and he surprised us with a charcuterie board and champagne. It was such a kind gesture, and the charcuterie board was delicious—we enjoyed every bit!The heated pool was a huge bonus. It warmed up quickly, and we enjoyed it almost every day of our stay — a great way to relax mornings or evenings.Our stay was fantastic, and we hope to return soon. Highly recommend!

In addition to the 3 king beds, there’s a cozy bunk room on the lower level, ideal for kids or anyone looking to relax in a more casual space. The bunk setup includes a queen bed, twin bunks, and an extra futon, comfortably accommodating up to 14 guests.
