Perched at the gateway to Nye Beach, enjoy the beauty of the Pacific!

Hypnotic gazing out onto the ocean...up along the coast towards the Yaquina lighthouse...and back down again to settle into people-watching on the beach in front of you ... it cannot be avoided, as you sit perched in your living room at the gateway to Nye Beach in between treks through the sand and short walks to enjoy favorite restaurants, wine shop, brewery, bakeries, art centers - all just around the corner.

This tastefully remodeled home offers three bedrooms, each with full private bathrooms. The master suite has a workspace and separate sitting area with a TV and sleeper couch for an extra guest or younger kids.

The open concept kitchen is stocked with kitchen essentials and features bar seating looking out towards the sea.
There is a private backyard space that is fully fenced.

Please note, this is a second floor home that sits atop a local bakery, so there are stairs to the entrance.
Parking: Street parking on west side of house (Cliff Street) is free and has no time restrictions. Street parking along north side of house (NW 3rd St) is free with 3-hour time limits from 9AM - 6PM .

Reservation requires a 30 night minimum stay.

Perfect Getaway with Awesome View

Clean, large, and view view view! Magdelena was wonderful to deal with. Couldn’t have been more comfortable. House outfitted with everything you need to enjoy life at the beach.

Awesome location.

I stayed here for a month. Property is really clean. It has everything you need. And you can find restaurants and even a tap house really close. You don’t even have to drive. The view is really nice. I’m going to miss the house.

Great location on Nye Beach

Overall, my husband and I enjoyed our visit. The property is accurately described and up to date. The location is a short walk to the beach & the views are great from the living area. It is a short walk to several good restaurants. It is good that it is convenient since there is no designated parking -- a minor irritation, but not a difficult problem.

Would definitely stay again

We stayed for a couple of months over the winter. The place was great - clean, well-stocked kitchen, big bedrooms and bathrooms, awesome view. Wifi was always fast. Overall the place suited us perfectly. The common area suited us great but I could see it feeling small for a larger group. You are within walking distance to various restaurants, shops and Nye Beach. Parking is street and we never had problems finding a spot but our stay was during low season. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Magical Nye Beach

We are back to reality now...but memories of our time in Newport, so close to Nye Beach, was truly magical. The location was perfect, the Ocean a balm for our souls...the community was so down to earth and friendly...we went to the Aquatic Center to swim, the library, the Aquarium, "South Beach Church" was excellent, the Ocean Beaches of course were beautiful and we enjoyed many delicious restaurants. The fresh seafood was a delight to cook and my husband learned how to catch Dungeness crabs! Our bedrooms were so comfortable, we slept great in the quiet neighborhood. I don't know how a "table" for meals could be added, but maybe some creative minds could explore this idea :) Also, with the lovely flooring, if you bring children, keep in mind the bakery below the home can hear those fast running footsteps! Sorry.... A blessing for us to have this lovely month in July in your home Magdalena. Thank you for sharing your "jewel" with us.

The home is truly perched over Nye Beach. The living area has great views from there all the way up to the Yaquina Head Lighthouse. It's in the midst of all the shops and restaurants near the beach, the Performing Arts Center, and Visual Arts Center; no need to drive!
