Holiday house above in the Bel Air district, in the middle of vineyards. Mountain range in the back and the whole of Provence at your feet! Pure relaxation!
The essentially historic holiday home charmingly conveys the Provencal lifestyle. Spacious living and dining room, 3.5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen and the library have a great, private character and offer good space for up to 6 people. The pool (5 x 10m), roof terrace, patio and terraces in front of and next to the house make outdoor life perfect. Listen to the cicadas with a glass of wine and enjoy the distant view of the Luberon Mountains.

Location a recommander pour ceux qui, comme nous, apprécient les gîtes qui ont du caractère et une histoire !Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Bel Air, perdus au milieu des vignes.La cuisine est très bien équipée, les extérieurs permettent de passer de bons moments, et la piscine nous a été précieuse pour supporter la vague de chaleur (jusqu'à 42 C en après-midi !).Alors, certes, toutes les portes ne ferment pas parfaitement, certains volets coincent un peu, on tâtonne parfois pour trouver les interrupteurs, mais ce n'est pas cela que nous retiendrons !

Un coin de paradis

La maison est située dans un lieu absolument magnifique, la vue est incroyable, les balades à pied très belles, l'environnement calme. La grande piscine est aussi très agréable. Bien qu'elle n'ait pas été récemment rénovée, on se sent comme chez soi dans la maison qui a beaucoup de cachet. Toutes les installations n'ont pas fonctionné (wifi et lave-vaisselle), et il y avait beaucoup de guêpes autour de la piscine, mais cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer de très bonnes vacances dans ce lieu magique. Dominique, qui s'occupe de la piscine, a essayé de résoudre de son mieux les problèmes. Helaï est très réactive et répond gentiment aux messages.

Prachtige locatie, schitterend huis, heel mooie sfeer, toplocatie!

Heel weinig tot geen communicatie met agentschap, zeker niet over de juiste locatie vh vakantiehuis, waardoor wij een uur hebben moeten zoeken, dus vermelding vh huisnummer bij chemin de bel air zou wel zeer nuttig zijn, chemin de bel air 473… ook over een waarborg van 300 euro te betalen bij aankomst staat niks vermeld op de website , veel verrassingen bij de aankomst…desalnietemin een super prachtig en zeer sfeervol huis

Tolles Objekt in traumhafter Lage

Wir haben zu viert einen wunderbaren Urlaub verlebt. Das Haus liegt inmitten von Weinbergen bzw. -feldern, ca. 3 km von Beaumes de Venise entfernt in ruhiger Lage (ohne direkte Nachbarn) und bietet eine tolle Aussicht, u.a. auf den Mont Ventoux. Man erreicht das Haus über asphaltierte Feldwege (die letzten ca. 150 Meter sind geschottert). Wie im Inserat vermerkt, sind Teile des Hauses alt (historisch), weshalb die eine oder andere Diele knarrt oder manche Riegel etwas schwergängig sind - für uns hat das jedoch den eigentlichen Charme des Hauses ausgemacht. Der hauseigene Pool ist groß, sauber und einfach genial. Ebenso toll ist die die Ausstattung in der Küche - hier merkt man, dass die Vermieter das Objekt auch selbst nutzen. Ebenfalls sehr positiv zu erwähnen ist die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der "Concièrge" vor Ort (Mme Serrano), die uns bei Bedarf mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand. Einzig für ein funktionierendes WLAN konnte sie trotz vielfacher Bemühungen nicht sorgen, was jedoch nichts am rundum positiven Gesamtfazit ändert. Zu erwähnen ist, dass beide Treppen im Haus sehr steil sind und bei mitreisenden kleinen Kindern unbedingt gesichtert werden müssen (Treppengitter vor Ort vohanden). Die Gegend eignet sich ideal zum Radfahren und bietet im Umkreis von 30 km diverse Sehenswürdigkeiten (u.a. Orange und Avignon).

Villa en plein milieu des vignes avec une vue magnifique sur la vallée du Rhône. Les différentes terrasses permettre de profiter de l’extérieur tout au long de la journée sans jamais souffrir de la chaleur ou du soleil. La piscine est très agréable. La décoration, le mobilier et l'agencement sont anciens mais cela donne une atmosphère particulière, une âme" à cette maison. Coté équipements: tout a parfaitement fonctionné (sauf internet/TV) et absolument rien ne manque (fond d'épicerie, ustensile de cuisines, livres, jeux de sociétés, jeux de piscine, etc.) Le seul bémol: la présence de nombreux insectes (guêpes et frelons) implique une vigilance particulière

Top séjour !!

Top séjour et pas ou peu de remarques à faire. Une douche extérieur serait encore un plus en cas de vague de chaleur un airco extra ne ferait pas de mal. Mais superbe endroit avec une vue imprenable.
