Sehr schöne, saubere Wohnung. Es hat nur an Reinigungsartikeln wie Spülmittel und Müllbeuteln gefehlt. Wunderschöner Ausblick, so wie auf den Fotos zu sehen. Der Pool ist sauber und noch besser als auf den Bildern. Im Restaurant vor Ort gibt es sehr leckeres Eis, unbedingt probieren. Man braucht auf jeden Fall ein Auto um zu den Städtchen und zum Strand zu kommen. Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war schnell und unkompliziert.

Es ist nicht alles Gold...

Im Großen und Ganzen waren wir mit der Ferienwohnung (App. 17) recht zufrieden. Positiv: - deutschsprachige Betreuung vor Ort, sehr gut erreichbar - Sauberkeit der Wohnung und des gesamten Geländes sowie des Pools - kostenlose und ausreichende Versorgung mit WLAN - tolle Aussicht vom Balkon bis zum Meer - erholsamer Schlaf in ganz ordentlichen Betten (das Zusatz-Schlafsofa hatte die besten Zeiten hinter sich) - Restaurant in der Anlage (allerdings gehobenes Preisniveau); Pizzen (auch außer Haus) sind sehr gut Nicht so toll: - Wohnung ist kleiner und enger als die Bidler vermuten lassen - Keine Klimaanlage vorhanden - Küche eher spärlich ausgestattet - sehr kalkhaltiges Leitungswasser - das Straßennetz rund um Pomaia ist sehr marode (viele Schlaglöcher etc.)

Lieber Gast, vielen dank fuer Ihre Bewertung. Wegen was Ihnen nicht gefallen hat, werden wir gern die Kuecheausstattung nochmal pruefen. Klimanalage!! es ist in der Beschreibung klar, dass es keine Klimaanlage vorhanden ist. Die Bilder (sowie die Wohnungsgross von 55 qm beschrieben) sind meiner Meinung nach ziemlich klar. Wir haben in der Anlage auch andere Wohnungen die groesser sind, und ein bisschen mehr teuer Was das Wasser und Strasse sich beziehen, das haengt leider von der Gemeinde......und nach mehrere Klage von uns und von andereren, haben sie noch nichts getan.
