We are located just a little over a 1/2 mile to Assateague Island National Park, Chincoteague Wildlife Refuge, the infamous wild ponies & the Lighthouse. This 2 Bedroom, 1.5 Bath Villa sleeps 6 and features a full kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, dishes and drinkware, toaster, coffee pot, microwave, refrigerator/freezer and oven. To make your trip to paradise even easier, we've included bed and bath linens, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and dish soap. Your Villa provides 2 parking spaces.

Complimentary washers & dryers are located on property. Heated indoor pool is open April thru November.

Short stay but great

Went for a weekend to take our granddaughter to the beach and Chincoteague was absolutely perfect. This property was exactly what we wanted, very close the the national park, central and enough room for two adults and a teenager.

Easy, efficient, and excellent!

We had a great stay in the Surfer's Villa and were especially impressed with the communication and attentiveness with Vivian, the manager. The property is smartly furnished and well-designed considering the small amount of square footage. The beds were comfy, the water temperature and pressure were perfect, and the location is convenient. My only request is that I wish I knew in advance that you can't use the property washer/dryer when the management office was not open, but otherwise, this was a perfect stay for my family!

Ok place to stay with great location.

The good: -The property manager was great, very easy and quick to communicate with. -Great location -Clean -Nice grills and picnic tables outside The bad: -Couch is very small, old, sagging, and very uncomfortable. -Nowhere comfortable or easy in villa for 3 adults to relax except at kitchen table. -Beds were *very* uncomfortable cheap mattresses. -AC units changing settings didn't work. -Partially broken blinds and no curtains upstairs meant no blocking light. -Very small and cheaply renovated space.
