This Traverse City vacation rental is an ideal Up North retreat, made for exploring the gorgeous shores of Lake Michigan. The Bungalow offers a charming home base to return to at the end of the day complete with a well-equipped kitchen, relaxing deck and spa appointed yard space perfect for four legged friends. Centrally Located just two miles from downtown Traverse City and Beaches. 
OUTDOOR: Hot Tub, Barrel Sauna, Cold Plunge Barrel, Deck, Patio Dining, Fire Pit, String Lights, Gas BBQ Grill

INDOOR: 3 flat-screen Smart TVs, lounge chairs, plush sofa, hardwood floors

KITCHEN: Well-equipped, stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, drip coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker with complimentary pods

GENERAL: Air conditioning, linens/towels, suitable for children, suitable for elderly, optional pet with fee (paid pre-trip)

We recognize that our guests often want to request early arrival or later check-outs. While we really try to say yes to our guest requests, this is the one request that we cannot accommodate.

We strive to have our homes in perfect order for your arrival and that is a monumental task for our cleaning & maintenance crews to attain in the amount of time allotted. Having guests arrive earlier or stay later adds additional pressure to an already tight timeline.

We specialize in large, fun, friend-and-family retreat lodges, with four unique lodge properties designed for groups seeking space, comfort, and unforgettable experiences. In addition to our lodges, we also offer one cozy downtown home and one charming lakefront cottage, giving guests a variety of ways to enjoy the Traverse City area. While our collection is small, it is intentionally curated—and we manage each home ourselves to ensure exceptional quality and personal care.

Dan owns and operates Dan Brady Painting, and Lisa—an Army Veteran—focuses full-time on coordinating guest experience and operations to ensure every stay is seamless and special.

For even more northern Michigan adventure, we also offer unique rentals including our Minnie Winnie RV, Tesla Cybertruck, and Jeep Gladiator, perfect for exploring the region in style.
