Experience breathtaking lake and mountain views from the great room of this second floor multi-level loft unit. Upon entering, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a conveniently located laundry room and powder room. Descending half a level leads to the primary bedroom suite, featuring a queen-sized bed and a private full bathroom that includes a whirlpool tub. Ascending half a level from the kitchen brings you to the great room, which is furnished with a wood burning fireplace, wireless internet and cable television. The second bedroom, equipped with a window air conditioning unit for the summer months, along with a loft and a second full bathroom, is situated another half level above the living room. Additional amenities of the Water's Edge complex include a seasonal swimming pool (typically late-June to Labor Day) and private beach area on Lake Placid.
