The Space:

Welcome to your tropical escape in Villa 7, where indoor comfort meets outdoor living. The spacious backyard is perfect for relaxing, dining, or letting your pet explore the backyard after a day at the beach. Inside, the palapa-style living area creates an airy, laid-back atmosphere ideal for gathering with family or friends.



The villa features 3 comfortable bedrooms, each with A/C, along with high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the home. A fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals, whether you're cooking for the group or enjoying a quiet breakfast before heading out.



With private parking and a thoughtful layout designed for both relaxation and functionality, this home is perfect for families or small groups looking for a peaceful, pet-friendly stay with easy access to the best of the area.

👶 Children aged 3 or under enter free (children older than 3 are charged as adults).

👥 Additional adults: $500 MXN per person per day (includes $250 MXN food & beverage credit and $250 MXN access, towel included).

🧴 Towels are not included for complimentary access. Towel rental available for $30 MXN.

⏰ Hours:

Beach access from 7:00 a.m.

Kitchen open from 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Beach club closes at 7:00 p.m.

🏖 Amenities: pools, lounge chairs, tables, chairs, and sports courts (paddle, basketball, pickleball, and tennis), subject to availability. More information is available at the beach club reception.

🚫 Restrictions: outside food or beverages, coolers, thermos, and speakers are not allowed.

B Nayar is a peaceful, gated community known for its security, lush landscaping, and family-friendly atmosphere. It’s an ideal setting for a relaxed getaway while still being close to the vibrant energy of Bucerías and La Cruz de Huanacaxtle, where you’ll find great restaurants, markets, and local charm.



Getting Around:

The villa is conveniently located between Bucerías and La Cruz de Huanacaxtle. Having a car is recommended to explore the area, and the property includes private parking. Puerto Vallarta is about 45 minutes away, and Sayulita is just a 20-minute drive—perfect for day trips.
