My name is Susan and I decided to 'retire' in 2019. I moved across the country. I was looking for a small town in a beautiful place. I found paradise on Amelia Island. My house is located in the historic downtown and short walk to so many fun places. In 2021, I finished construction of the carriage house, which has a two car garage and gym on the first floor and your own private 1 bedroom apartment on the second floor.

Amelia Island is only two miles wide and 13 miles long. The carriage house is a short walk to so many fantastic restaurants, breweries, shops, and sites.
