We're happy to share this hidden gem in the heart of Old Florida with others who appreciate the charm of island life.

Why they chose this property

The location of this condo is really special because it's a quiet and serene little slice of paradise - accessible to everything you want and need while being away from traffic and crowds. Breathtaking sunrises are literally steps away and abundant wildlife is everywhere. Whether it's watching ospreys, herons or pelicans glide overhead or seeing fish jumping, dolphins playing and manatees grazing in the bay, you'll find your place to relax.

What makes this property unique

You'll feel miles away from it all yet convenient to everything else you love about the beach - unique shops and restaurants, boat rentals, a golf course, public park areas and of course, the clear Gulf waters and sugar white sand are all just a short walk, bike ride or drive away.
