The Miller House is a cozy and convenient home in the center of all the Chincoteague Island fun. The well-maintained home has a very simple 2 bedroom / 1 bath layout making it easy to maneuver in and out. Complete with hardwood floors throughout, king beds in each bedroom, screened in porch, off street parking, an outdoor grill and griddle and large fenced in yard make this home ideal for a family get-a-way. Great spot for relaxation and fun.

Perfect for a weekend away

I stayed here so I could visit friends on the island but bring my dogs with me. They had a great time with the fenced in yard and got to see horses for the first time ever. Rodney was great to work with and the property was lovely.

The property is right in the heart of downtown. We walked everywhere. It was so great having a huge fenced yard for our dogs. The owner was friendly and accommodating. The A/C worked perfectly. Would definitely recommend!

Enjoyed our vacation

Being only my husband, pup and myself, we had more than enough room and were very pleased. If we had another couple with us, one bedroom had twin beds and not a king in each room as stated in the description. Other than that, it was clean and convenient to everything. We parked our car and walked almost everywhere! We had a fun trip.

The center of everything!

This property is right in the center of everything you could want to do in the area. We took our bikes anywhere we wanted to go other than the beach. The house was clean and well kept, and provided all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Thank you very much! The listing mentioned a king bed in both bedrooms. It ended up being a king in one room and 2 twins in the other. No impact for us, but worth mentioning.

Fantastic!

We had an amazing time in this cute home in Chincoteague!! The house was very clean and comfortable for our long weekend stay. Rodney, the host, was communicative and kind and responded quickly to any questions we had - which were very few! This house fit myself, my husband, my mother, my son and our 5 month old puppy perfectly! The location is to die for, super close to anything you want (ice cream at the creamery?!? Yes!) and within walking distance to Main Street and many shops and restaurants. Our dog LOVED the fenced in yard, which was such a great thing to enjoy on vacation. We made many memories here and hope to maybe enjoy this home again in the near future. Thank you!!!!

Hello! I am a Sales Director for a Global Medical company and am thrilled that you are interested in possibly renting our vacation property. My wife (Alicia) and I have 3 wonderful daughters and 2 pups. Fletcher, the English Lab you see in the picture recently went to doggy heaven but he was such a part of our lives when we visited Chincoteague we saw this picture and thought he should be a part of the greeting since he was such a happy and fun loving dog to all. We currently reside in Hockessin, DE but I have been vacationing in Chincoteague since I was 5 years old. Chincoteague has so much to offer in what I like to do (i.e. fishing, boating, beach, claming, crabbing, jogging, biking, etc) that it makes it hard to leave when we visit.

Why they chose this property

The Miller House is a simple and easy 2 bedroom / 1 bathroom home. It features a spacious kitchen and living room and a nice front corner screened in porch to enjoy the fresh ocean air. The large fenced in yard is helpful for young kids and pets. Complete with an outdoor grill and griddle this home is ideal for a family get-a-way. We would love for you to visit with us. The Miller House is cozy and spacious for its size so you will find plenty of room to get away for privacy or to congregate with family / friends. It's convenience to a lot of activity on the island making it ideal for shopping, restaurants, ice cream, bike rentals, etc.
With a large yard and private parking area, the property takes away the hassle of parking and managing busy streets.
