This single storey villa is located in a quiet urbanization about 3 km from the LEVANTE beach. The house faces south and the terrace offers a beautiful view and sea views. Shops, bars and restaurants can be found within a radius of 2 km.

The 120 square meter house has 2 double bedrooms, 1 shower room, 1 bathroom with tub, a living room with open kitchen and dining area, pantry and a glazed terrace.
The 1,500 square meter property is beautifully landscaped and planted. On the side of the house is the large barbecue area. Around the 10m x 5m pool with stairs is the free terrace. A solar outdoor shower is also available. In front of the house, within the closed property, there is a parking space.
