We absolutely loved our stay in this immaculate and beautifully appointed home. It was a quick 15 min drive to the UTK campus and the perfect peaceful escape after attending VOL win! This property is an older farm home that has been remodeled very nicely, on a beautiful rolling lot. They had everything possible we could have needed during our stay. Beds were very comfortable and the hosts were kind and very responsive. We will stay again!

Thanksgiving Weekend

We enjoyed a great stay at this property. It was spacious and allowed us to cook and host our son and his girlfriend for Thanksgiving. Our host was helpful and communicated regularly. The view out the back was beautiful!
