The home is great for bigger groups as there are lots of beds and the living room is large enough that everyone can gather. The home is clean and functional and worked great for our needs. It's in an older middle class neighborhood with a great location for easy access to Sparks stores, restaurants, attractions, and a short drive to Reno. Host was great to work with and always responded quickly.

We were visiting relatives in Sparks and this was a perfect base of operations. We liked the fact that it was away from Downtown Reno yet, via the freeways, we were not far from any of the attractions that we did go to.Also, this home was quite close to the shopping, dining, entertainment areas of Sparks itself.We would definitely stay here again if available.

The place was conveniently close to my cousin’s house for our Cousin reunion. It really accommodated us pretty well. We did not spend a lot of time there because we spent time at my cousins. The front porch was not clean, which made it hard to take off your shoes before you walked in, so we had to do it after we walked in. the back porch was not clean at all. The blinds did not work well. the beds were very comfortable. Things looked clean. There were eight of us for the first two nights, and only six bowls, we made it work. The floors were weird with gaps in the flooring, a little hard to understand why however, it did not affect us. The living room could’ve been more cozy with maybe a coffee table and rug to be able to put your drink or coffee down, Maybe an extra blanket in each closet however, like I said, we did not spend a lot of time there and it actually worked quite well for us. Just a few improvements would make it a true 5 Star Pl. to stay.

There were some good and some not so good aspects to this property.We expected a King sized bed and got two double beds in the primary bedroom.We thought taking off our shoes in the house was fine, until we saw the awful state of the flooring.Think buckled, missing and lots of gaps. What are they trying to protect?The oven, a few cabinets and fridge door were broken. There was a bar type area in the kitchen we didn’t feel comfortable using because we were afraid it’d come out of the wall if we had placed any weight on it at all.Living room is cavernous and desperately needs a coffee table and a rug.All the wall prints are exactly the same in each room. Some had 4 of the same print hanging next to each other.We just laughed because it’s just so odd.Beds and pillows were super comfy.Loved all the towels provided and the washer/dryer. Water pressure was good.The location was terrific and the neighborhood fairly quiet , but if you’re bothered by a yippy dog next door (on occasion-not always), pass on by.We should have read the reviews. ALL the reviews. Because most of the issues we encountered have been going on since 2022.Owners were informed and we didn’t hear back. We truly hope they fix this place because it has potential.

Quiet neighborhood & conveniently located

Home was clean and conveniently located near grocery stores, areas with extra curricular activities, and sports fields. Great place to stay for the National Reno / Tahoe Baseball Tournament.

Cozy little place in a quite neighborhood

We had a great stay in the home location was great and close to everything we came to town for the last reno air race's Bonnie was a great host and got back to me rite away when i had questions would 100% stay again

Sparks house

Great location! 5 minutes from family we were visiting. Supper cute house with more than enough amenities for our stay. Host was amazing with communication! Would definitely recommend and stay for our next visit.

Cozy and well located

Great location

The home was very convenient to house my family which were here to help me clean out storage units. We really didn’t spend much time at the house but to clean up after a days work & sleep. There was plenty of room & the home was very comfortable. Great location for restaurants & activities nearby for all ages of a family. Host is very accessible for any needs should you have them.

Quiet Neighborhood

This rental was in a quiet older neighborhood. The quiet was exactly what we needed. The house was clean and cute. The yard was covered in leaves and tree droppings, which we tried not to track in. I would give this property 5 stars except for the following: The floors had huge gaps between tiles and a patch of missing flooring near the garage door. With the threat of fines posted throughout the house, we were extremely wary walking around for fear of tearing up additional tiles and incurring a fine. The tankless water heater did not seem to keep up with the need for hot water. One out of six people got a hot shower. The rest endured luke-warm showers. Communication with the host was excellent.

Sparks

We were in town for my daughters wedding so we did not spend a whole lot of time at the house. It was in an older neighborhood but the home was updated and nice. The shower water pressure was great. My only complaint is that the owner requested that we not wear shoes in the house and there was a fine of $50 or $100 (I cant remember which one) if caught wearing shoes?? The problem was that there were multiple pieces of flooring that were messed up (maybe installed incorrectly??) and were tripping hazards. Also, it would have been nice to have a table to sit at to eat/play games/etc. Only a bar in the kitchen.
