Notes to Guest:

-2 pets max. Pets must be well trained. Pets are not allow upstairs.

-There is no access to the garage as it is currently unfit for guest use. There a security camera in and outside of the garage. Guest may park up to 2 cars in the driveway. Plenty of street parking in front of the house.

-There are exterior cameras located on both the sides, front and doorbell. There are no cameras in the interior of the house or the back yard.

-Small and quiet events or family gathering may be permitted with prior approval. NO more than 10 guests are allowed for such gathering.

-NO smoking, vaping, drugs use or criminal activity is allowed on the property.

-Any violation of the rules and conditions set forth in this rental will consider as cancellation to your stay and no refund will be given.

IMPORTANT:
For security reasons, we require all reservations to provide us with proof of identity, phone, email and emergency contact info prior to arrival date. Any reservations that does not meet this requirement will be cancelled.

Our host was prompt in getting information and checking in procedures to us. The house was spacious, and it was so nice to have a property that was pet friendly to have our dog join us. Our guests enjoyed playing pool, and it was easy to sign in to the WiFi. We appreciated that so many stores, restaurants, and the university was close by to enjoy celebrating our daughter's graduation.

This place was a gem. It accommodated 9 people comfortably (our two kids slept on their comfy couches). The house was spacious, comfortable and the family had fun playing billiards and ping pong. It was close to grocery stores and restaurants. Easy to get to. The WiFi however was spotty. But we managed. I would definitely stay here again.

Sparks is a low key city with plenty to do without all the hassle and bustle. Great place to be to get away and enjoy a quiet and relaxing retreat. If you feel like goning wild, all you need to hope in your car and drive a few minutes to Reno.

What makes this property unique

Quiet neighborhood, spacious and relaxing. The feeling of being at home away from home. Plenty of space for the kids and pet to run around.
